Great stay in Potzdammer Platz
We had a great stay. Rooms are huge and well suited for a several day visit. Staff was extremely accommodating to all requests. Bedding was super comfortable

Top notch hotel and centrally located
Really could not ask for much more. The rooms were lovely, staff was outstanding. The areas cozy and, Simon, the bartender makes the world’s best Cosmopolitan. The breakfast is wonderful with a plentiful buffet and you can also order off the menu. A beautiful place to sit with large fountains and bamboo surrounding the room. Duc, the maitre’d was great. The spa has 2 saunas and a steam and you can cool off on the most comfortable lounges. Easy to spend hours there. With and ideal location and reasonably priced you cannot ask for much more in a hotel.

Not a good hotel a GREAT hotel !
We arrived from Berlin Airport by train (takes about 19 mins) and then a few mins walk to hotel . We were great warmly and been tired after an early flight we’re delighted to hear our room was ready . There is a yellow bus you can get just a 1 min walk from hotel and we explored the city on yellow bus . We had cocktails in bar and the guys in bar were lovely . Breakfast was excellent . Overall, there was a warmth with every staff member who seem genuinely interested in making guests have a great stay . Top makes to the Mandela and all the staff

Excellent experience
The hotel is located in Potsdamer Platz, close to the city center, nearby mall and sightseeings. The staff very pleasant, polite, helpful and willing to serve! Very clean rooms,with daily cleaning! I will definitely choose it again!

Perfect visit from check in (early as our flights were changed), room quality, breakfast and friendliness if every staff member.
