Wonderful Time in Berlin
Stayed at the Mandala for six nights. Had an excellent experience... Loved the staff at the lobby. They helped us with directions, restaurants, places etc... First grade. The breakfasts on the fifth floor is for the kings... The Breakfast room is very beautiful... We loved our room. Clean quiet. elegant.. Can't be better experience..

Great hotel, good and clean rooms Location is perfect near Potsdam station. In the area many restaurant from fine dining to street food Breakfast is very good high standard great staff

Fantastic hotel in de heart of Berlin
Friendly and helpfull staff, beautifull rooms. We had a suite with balcony on the east side of the building. The beds are great. Comments? While waiting for the room to be ready we could go to the bar for a coffee/tea. Unfortunately we have been charged 12€ for 2 cups of tea made with a teabag... You should expect this to be taken care of by the hotel for a hotel of this level.

Perfect Location & Stylish Bar
I’m so happy we chose to stay at the Mandala Hotel. it was super close to the train station, but also convenient (walkable) to a lot of the must see attractions in Berlin. The hotel breakfast was a splurge, but worth every penny. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk helped us book a river cruise. We found the staff at The Mandala to be friendly and helpful. An amazing time in Berlin with the perfect accommodations!

Home far away Home
We got a very warm welcome, the room was excellent, the staff extremely friendly. Our special wishes as p.e. extra coffee cream in the room were fulfilled quickly and uncomplicate. The Barkeeper was perfect in his Job and helped us with our drinks choice. Certainly we will stay in the Mandala again, when we once return to Berlin.
