We booked rooms at the hotel after we received many recommendations. The cost was higher than other hotels around, especially the price of breakfast but we decided to order. We arrived, and after a night We understood that we got a single room even though we are couple and the invitation was for the couple. We moved to another double room, and again the room was organised for single. The next day the room was arranged according to an individual. disappointing!! In addition, the hot water flow in the shower is not continuous, it constantly changes between hot and cold. It is unpleasant for long showers.

Excelent hotel, fear prices and good location. Gently personal and a very nice brakfast In the start of winter, the bar was a wonderful place to be hide in, and the barman where always ready to suggest the right drink.

We loved this hotel. We were only in Berlin for two nights during our European vacation, but wished we could've taken this hotel with us to the other countries we visited! We saw a special on TripAdvisor for the 'management suite', which looked like a good value for the room size. We were not disappointed! Compared to most mid-priced hotels in Europe, we felt spoiled by the opulence and space in the suite. The master suite had a beautiful bathroom and vanity with a large soaking tub and shower, with lots of space for everything we put in there. The bed was plush, tons of closet space, and we liked the swivel flat screen TV which turned to either face the bed, or the full living room on the other side. That room also had a large office-like desk so we could plan the rest of our trip in comfort from there. There was also a nice outdoor patio and the city view was great from the near floor-to-ceiling windows. Finally, there was a mini kitchen near the room entrance, and the giant walk-in closet was bigger than ours at home! We could spread out all our baggage and rearrange our clothing and souvenirs, just in the closet. As mentioned, we wished we had this room in all the cities, as we were spoiled from that point on. We didn't try the restaurant which happened to be on the same floor as our room, but an upper floor. It looked very classy from the floor lobby. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Finally, the location of this hotel is amazing in Berlin. The Potsdamer Platz is a recently renovated area with modern buildings and a huge outdoor plaza (Sony Center) with several restaurants and shopping options. The Ritz hotel is across the street and we went there for some very opulent cocktails. There's also a nice German restaurant nearby. The Jewish Memorial is just a couple blocks away, and from there the Brandenburg Gate a couple more blocks. There's a beautiful larger park near that, with the Parliament building across from it. The only time we had to take an Uber or U or S-bahn was a short hop to the main train station, or the airport. All else was very convenient to this fine hotel.

I had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel. My room was really spacious, quiet and comfortable with the best bed I have ever slept in. The location is in a busy area and yet the hotel is constructed so that there is no noise pollution and feels like an oasis. I ate in both the restaurant and bar, which was good but a little pricey, and also had an incredible spa experience with the best massage of my life. The staff is so friendly, helpful and I felt very welcome. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book again.

What a lovely hotel right in the heart of Berlin. From the minute we stepped inside the door we experienced outstanding service. The staff on the front desk were warm, friendly and very helpful in accommodating a room for our early arrival. The concierge gentleman was so friendly and a pleasure to chat to. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and had a spacious modern feel to it. The bathroom was well laid out and spacious with nice fittings - again spotless. Breakfast was in the restaurant - the room itself was lovely - windows all around and the buffet choice excellent. Service was attentive and warm and friendly. An outstanding hotel and one we will remember, revisit and recommend. Thankyou.
