The Mandala Hotel

Excellent location for major sights and public transportation. Weather meant we used buses etc. as bus stop right outside hotel and station 2 minute walk away but in better weather many major sights within walking distance. Spacious living area, bedroom and bathroom. Excellent heating system as easy to control room temperature. Fabulous walk in wardrobe with plenty hangers. Cleverly designed room as laminate at kitchen when you walked into the room and in walk in wardrobe so your dirty boots/ wet clothes didn’t damage plush carpet in lounge and bedroom. Kitchenette including fridge, sink, 2 ring hob and Illy coffee machine. Coffee capsules and toiletries replenished daily. We had a small issue with a couple of broken trousers hangers and a dirty extractor hood, phoned reception and someone was with us as soon as we had ended the call, very impressed. Friendly, efficient staff who surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our wedding anniversary during our stay. Can’t recommend hotel enough.

Conveniently located about 100 meters away of Potsdamer square, this excellent hotel offers large rooms. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable, shower is good, room service is meticulous. We took a room including breakfast. Breakfast is served in a beautiful setting on the 5th floor. Breakfast is very good. The hotel offers a sauna on the top floor. Our second time in this hotel and will be be back when in Berlin.

1,Perfect location to expolre the heart of Berlin, 2,Nice staffs-Friendly and helpful bellboy and boys in Facil also. 3,Washing machine; microwave in room kitchen; 4,Luxury room with enough space, warm heater keep us comfortable in the room;. 5,Fast check in and out. 6,Beautiful flowers in hotel, everywhere.

This hotel was in a great location with clean rooms which were priced very well. Breakfast was included with my room and was the best I ever had in a hotel. It may have helped that they had it in their restaurant which has two Michelin stars. Overall no major complaints and would stay there again.

Second time visiting Berlin and second time staying at The Mandala Hotel. First time was ten years ago. Same excellent experience this time. With our son this time. He was in a Studio Suite, we were in an Executive Suite. Both very spacious for their categories.
