The Mandala Hotel

The location and service was very good. The general standard of the room excellent with very good cleaning etc. Air conditioning was kind of noisy and the room could not be made completely dark at night. The spa offers three variations of sauna and a shallow "cool off" pool but no real pools where you can swim, no jacuzzi etc. The gym is small but have the basic equipment needed for simple training. We stayed in a room with Kitchenette but when arriving there were no pans/pots/knives or much anything to actually cook anything. The reception provided us with a pot, a pan and a small fruit knife but still not much. Also there is only two small stove plates, no microwave or normal oven, the refridgerator is more of a "minibar" full of high priced drinks and snacks making it hard to store even your own milk.

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel in July and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, but most importantly, the staff is very friendly! Big shout out to Azra Cetin who went above and beyond to make this experience a great one for me.

I loved my time at the Mandala Hotel! I had a large corner room with two sides windows, a kitchette, sitting area, large comfortable bed, and large bathroom. The location is great - close to important historical areas, and is in close proximity to the Ubahn, shopping, and restaurants. The spa was fantastic for both relaxation in the 3 spas (2 dry heat, 1 steam room), as well as massage (wonderful!). I would definitely stay here again.

The Mandala is situated in Potsdam Square, very convenient for any transport in and out of Berlin and also near some Restaurants, Coffees and Bars. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in any hotel in the world! Tasty, elegant and with spotless and remarkable service. I stayed in an executive room which was modern, spacious, with high-end technology. Unfortunately didn't have the time to visit the Spa, the Bar and the Michelin Restaurant, but hopefully will on my next stay in Berlin.

Centrally located at Potsdamer Platz, the Mandala is a wonderful sanctuary from the busy city. The staff are warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Just steps from public transport, it's also within easy walking distance of the Tiergarten, Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and numerous other attractions. Food and drink options in the vicinity are limitless. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and perfect to recharge in after a busy day touring. Highly reccommended for either business or pleasure!
