Mandala Berlin
Our stay was wonderful but it’s the only Marriott I have ever stayed that did not include breakfast for Platinum and Titanium members. Breakfast was served in their 2 star Michelin for a hefty fee. There should be a separate room for Marriott member breakfast.

Perfect stay
Perfect stay, and the staff was amazing. Always had a smile on their faces and were super friendly. Enjoyed my stay here and will be back soon.

Fantastic, stylish hotel
I stayed in the Mandala with my daughter last week and still cannot get over what a wonderful hotel this is! I have been to Berlin many times to visit family, and have never had such a wonderful time. From the second we walked in the hotel we felt like we were in a very special place- the hospitality is unreal, and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The room was out of this world- huge, well appointed, immaculately clean, very stylish, and every detail of comfort had clearly been thought out. I cannot wait to go back to Berlin- to stay in this amazing place.

Fine hotel with potential
Pretty hotel with large room and kitchenette (executive suite). Was prepared for stay with crib and diaper pail. However housekeeping/service didn’t seem on par for a 5-star hotel- didn’t change diaper pail, vacuum/mop daily, or change bedding daily. They left windows open so flies came in and one day we couldn’t close it. Gave a non-functioning expresso maker initially and had some confusion with requested items. However they were responsive to requests but I just had to address things constantly. Otherwise excellent location with easy transportation options outside the door and lovely Michelin restaurant

Excellent stay with exceptional quality
We had really good days at Berlin and thankful to your great service and accomodation. The room was large and equiped with everything we need, the location is quite and not far from center. Hotel personnel was really helpful and friendly. We didn’t have a chance to taste your meals, but i hope we will try on out next visit.
