Not good
For the price we paid with a 2-year-old child. We were placed in a building in the back, where we had to cross the back aisle (very dangerous). The quality of the elevator was not top. The bathroom window was not clean.

Great place to stay and relax
Everyone was super nice and helpful. My daughter and I had the Junior Sweet and were so comfy. Smart TVs were extremely user friendly. Cozy robes, sheets and towels too. Products in bathroom were great. Most of all the customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

My go-to in LA
The Avalon has been a favorite since it opened. When I lived in LA it was perfect for breakfast or lunch meetings, as well as company events by the pool. Now that I live on the east-Coast it is the only hotel for me - just steps away from my favorite tamales and a Spanish latte at Urth Cafe/.
