We came here on business trip and I recommended the hotel based on previous visits. A big disappointment. The rooms have just a few pieces of furniture for seating. Wifi doesn’t work. We arrived at 6 pm and two bungalows of the four we had were not ready. Luggage took forever despite a generous gratuity. Room service was cold and just left there. If you are a first time visitor, forget it. They don’t seem to be concerned about your experience unless you’re spending $6000 a night for upgraded facilities. I cannot recommend this hotel as others in this area are much better and more concerned about their guests who are not ultra rich. In my humble opinion, it’s only the name they are concerned about - and sooner or later it will catch up.

Unfortunately my stay here last week was not good at all. Starting with the front desk lady being rude and unwelcoming to the room service and restaurant service being slow. I still love the rooms and hotel. This was my 3rd time staying here. The staff needs to smile and hustle a bit.

SKIP IT 😬 I’ve been coming to The Beverly Hills Hotel for a little while now because it used to feel like pure magic. Every detail was thoughtful and every stay felt special. Unfortunately, that magic seems to be fading. The bedding, which was once one of the best parts of the experience, now feels cheap and outdated. The duvet is paper thin, the pillows are flat, and the comfort level is nothing like it used to be. I even tried calling to get new bedding but after waiting so long and being transferred around, I finally just gave up. Service overall has slipped dramatically. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to get a response, even after multiple calls, whether you’re asking for basic amenities or trying to get room service trays picked up. Small details that made this place iconic like the branded key cards and attention to detail have completely disappeared. Everything feels stripped down and generic now. There’s also construction everywhere, which ruins the peaceful atmosphere. Yet despite all of this, they’ve added a mandatory 20 percent service fee even as the service itself has sharply declined. I used to come here to unwind and recharge, but sadly, The Beverly Hills Hotel no longer feels luxurious or special. Until the renovations are done and the service improves, I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

I can't get enough of the Beverly Hills Hotel. It is too expensive to stay there. But I can afford to eat there. In fact, I have dined at all three of the hotel's restaurants over the last few days. Breakfast at the Fountain Coffee Cafe, dinner at the Polo Lounge and lunch at the Cabana Cafe. It gives a visitor an opportunity to experience the ambiance of one of the world's great hotels. The posh and princely Beverly Hills Hotel has been known as "Tinsel Town's playground" and the "Pink Palace" and the "Heartbeat of Hollywood" since it opened at 9641 Sunset Boulevard at the dawn of Hollywood's Golden Age in 1912. This legendary Los Angeles hideaway with five-star Forbes and five-diamond AAA ratings was the first historic landmark in Beverly Hills, famous for playing host and friend to Hollywood royalty for over a century, from deals made in the Polo Lounge to romances lived in the secluded bungalows. Noted for its signature pink-and-green colors, the Beverly Hills Hotel features 210 guest rooms and suites, 22 bungalows, an outdoor pool, full-service spa, 12-acre gardens, a five-star beauty salon, 24-hour business center, fitness center and Bar Nineteen 12, an elegant indoor bar. The rooms feature oversized bathrooms with 1940s Hollywood-classic decor and private balconies. The Polo Lounge is the epicenter of Los Angeles power dining and a favorite gathering place for generations of Hollywood stars and deal-makers and A-listers. Marilyn Monroe and Ives Montand stayed here in 1960. Hunter Thompson drank here. Frank Sinatra and his Rat Pack partied here. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton honeymooned here twice. W.C. Fields and John Barrymore hung out at the bar. Greta Garbo hid out here. So did Howard Hughes, for 30 years. Other notables who occupied private bungalows that cost upwards of $7,000 a night were Charlie Chaplin, John Wayne, John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Gloria Swanson, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Even Donald Trump.

My two-night stay was simply outstanding! Iconic landmark hotel. Customer service was excellent and very friendly! The attention to detail was perfect. In no particular order, I wish to profusely thank Mr. Randy Burton, Mr. Franck Provost, Jose' and Ms. Reese for welcoming me. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!
