The man at the front desk cancelled my reservation just as I arrived. I was shocked. I had booked the room on Expedia under a stage name I'm commonly known as, and he said he couldn't give me the room because it didn't match the name on my ID. I had so much proof I made the reservation: an email record, a credit card I paid with that matches my legal name, even a document showing I was about to legally change my name to the one on my reservation. I even logged into Expedia and changed the name on my reservation to the one on my ID card. It still was not enough for some reason and he couldn't even explain why. He just went back and forth a lot between "we can offer you a late checkin" and "the room is no longer available" until settling on the latter. What a stupid decision given he probably wasn't going to find someone else for the room that night and it was over $2,000. I then had to scramble to find another hotel last minute. He was so incredibly rude in not even being willing to explain why or talk to any of his colleagues or find a way to accommodate me. He scoffed at me and spoke with a patronizing tone. Seems like another condescending person just being awful for the sake of it.

Stayed in this hotel at the end of a two week trip across the Us from coast to coast. Due to my experience of the previous hotels during my trip was beginning to think that the US no longer sets the standards for good service however this hotel showed me that at least in LA good service is still a thing. The staff were friendly, polite and totally on it. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, pleasant and simply a delight . The location was excellent and a pleasant walk from downtown Beverly Hills and just a short uber trip to mist destinations in LA. The outdoor pool was lovely and the Polo Lounge restaurant was delicious. I have come to the conclusion that there is something to be said for staying at Legacy hotels and will definitely be coming back for my next trip to LA

Recently stayed at the BHH and had the most lovely accommodations. We arrived extremely late due to flight delays and the staff treated us like it was 2 PM not 2 AM. Extreme attention to detail, friendly and catering staff. The rooms were much more updated than I expected. The epitome of luxury. The hand written note to me personally was a very nice touch. We went to the polo lounge and had a fabulous lunch followed by an afternoon by the pool. The staff could not have catered to our every need more. I cannot wait to return, by far my favorite hotel stay.

The Beverly Hills Hotel was one of the most unforgettable places we stayed during our trip to Los Angeles. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and surrounded by timeless elegance. The hotel’s iconic pink exterior, beautiful tropical gardens, and classic Hollywood atmosphere made the experience truly special. My boyfriend and I loved every moment of our stay. Our room was luxurious, spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail throughout the property was remarkable, and everything felt refined and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We felt incredibly well looked after from check-in to departure. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, and dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere captured the glamour and history that make this hotel so famous. The Beverly Hills Hotel is much more than a luxury hotel—it is a legendary destination filled with charm, elegance, and unforgettable memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a truly iconic Los Angeles experience. It exceeded all our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Truly exceptional and highly recommended!

From the very first moment we stepped into the iconic Pink Palace, we felt its timeless glamour. We stayed for four nights during our trip to LA to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday, and every detail made the occasion truly special. The team welcomed us with birthday amenities in our spacious room, including champagne, fresh fruit, a beautiful mini birthday cake with candles. The handwritten welcome card from the General Manager was an incredibly thoughtful touch that exceeded all our expectations. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the peaceful Polo Lounge, while the iconic pool became our favourite place to unwind. One of the highlights was the signature cocktail served in a coconut with The Beverly Hills Hotel name carved into it, a small detail that perfectly reflected the hotel’s exceptional attention to detail. Our dinner at the Polo Lounge, accompanied by live piano music in such an elegant atmosphere, was simply unforgettable. We also loved breakfast at the Fountain Coffee Room, where we had some of the best pancakes and smoothies we’ve ever tasted. The Beverly Hills Hotel is far more than a luxury hotel, it’s a true icon where impeccable service, elegance, and attention to every detail create memories that last a lifetime. We can’t wait to return.
