I recently stayed three nights and my experience was simply incredible! I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to stay there again. The staff is so professional, friendly, courteous, and really make you feel welcome and right at home. Also, the service and food at all of the on-site dining/drinking options (Polo Lounge, Fountain Coffee Room, Cabana Cafe, and Bar Nineteen12) is second to none. Stay here, you will not be disappointed. I don't generally write reviews but felt compelled to do so because my experience was just so remarkably good. Again, I can't wait to return.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for the second time. I really would like to say thank you to management and Steven the guest relationship manager for arranging our stay. This hotel is the most. Everyone should try this hotel at least once. the room was very comfortable (best shower, Best room, best bed) and the service was amazing. all the staffs were very friendly. You feel loyal in this hotel. They value their customer a lot. so we decided to stay in this hotel every time we go to Los Angles.

This hotel has been on our bucket list for quite some time. We decided to spend 4 nights here during our visit to Los Angeles and we are very glad we did. We checked in with our two daughters and they loved everything about it. They particularly loved the red carpet entrance (never got old), the step and repeat, the pool and their VIP cards. We had an amazing night at Bar Nineteen 12 and one of the best meals ever at the Polo Lounge. Our waiter (believe his name was Raez) was simply amazing and catered to our kids as if they were royalty. The valets were also amazing as we used our car almost every day and they welcomed us back each afternoon as if we were the only guests. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was because of one experience. When we checked in, I was hoping for the magical experience I have heard so much about. We didn't get it. Our clerk was a tad pretentious and bored - even my husband felt it and he doesn't usually notice - or even care about things like that. Overall though it was a wonderful experience and I think everyone should treat themselves to at least a night at this beautiful hotel.

Iconic place of Los Angeles. Beautiful park and fantastic food. The service is outstanding. The restaurant is on the expensive side but it is worthy spending your money there. Very appropriate either for business or meeting with friends

After a 14hours flight we arrived at 2pm at the hotel and they tell you have been upgraded but your room is not ready. They tell you its a very nice room. But the client is still in the room. At this point you just want to take a shower and enjoy the rest of the day. Unfortunetly this was not the case. They offered us lunch which was nice while waiting. When we finished our lunch around 3pm we went back to check how the situation was. And then they tell you its going to a take a little longer than expected because the previous client made a big mess in the room. They asked if we wanted to take our swim suit out of our luggage and go by the pool which we didnt want to do because its was not convenient. Finally they came get us by the pool at 5pm. We come to the room and its not even a nice room. No balcony no view except from the window overlooking the roof and some satelites. Honestly very very disappointed by the service. They tell you the hotel is at full capacity and they apologise they dont have another room. I am a diamond member, i wonder how it would have been for a "regular" customer?! Im very disapointed i really liked this place...!
