Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing. Hotel is gorgeous and in the perfect location. Been wanting to stay here since Pretty Woman and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for you and the pool area was nice with all amenities at your finger tips. Fitness gym had the best treadmills screens I’ve ever seen and was new and up to date. Best mattresses ever!

I just want people to know how truly special the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and their staff truly are. It is just like they portray in the movie Pretty Women (without the prostitute for us of course). Our suite was beautiful with a lovely balcony overlooking the Beverly Hills neighborhood but not Rodeo Drive. We were steps away from Rodeo however. The staff was excellent and the workout facilities were top notch. I can’t recommend the hotel more.

This hotel offers an ideal location, great amenities and an attentive staff. The lounges and restaurants are supreme and the rooms are well appointed and nicely styled. The spa, fitness center and pool area are easily accessible and offer a rewarding experience. The Beverly Wilshire is a terrific choice !

First time staying at a four season property. Stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast experience was terrible and handled very poorly. Found a strand of hair in my breakfast the morning after first night. Brought it to the attention of the server who just walked away taking my dish and not even offering me something else to order. Came to the table next with the breakfast bill.the item was not even taken off the bill. Reported the issue at the front desk in the evening. Front desk staff was good; called the restaurant manager to explain them of the situation and then took off the item from the bill. One of the other days at the breakfast; there was no salt and pepper shakers at the table and had to flag a server after few minutes to get it. At the price you’re paying at these restaurants- there is a certain level of basic service you expect from the staff. Did not expect handling of the issue from properties of these type as even really small or basic restaurants handle this much better. The front desk removed the entire breakfast bill of 1st night at checkout- anyways we had breakfast paid for as part of the booking; so the amount they had to take off is very negligible. Instead of taking off the breakfast from 1st night, I would have appreciated had the morning breakfast restaurant manager spoken with me how the service was during rest of the stay. The rest of the staff were good( wolfgang restaurant/ front desk/ house keeping/ bell desk). This is the first time I stayed at four seasons and definitely its not going to be my preferred choice to stay at.

Hotel was perfectly located for our trip . Easy way out to various highways for our daily meetings and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance in the evening . Rooms were fine , very clean , with good bedding , but a bit old fashion compared to a European high end hotel. Make sure you have a room in the second building as some rooms in the main section of the hotel are really outdated . Staff was very helpfull , extremely friendly , and is worth a detour . In fact, they made our stay !! Unfortunately , by the time you paid the taxes and overnight parking , the value for money indicator is less positive .
