Beautiful hotel with the most wonderful staff. We were travelling with a young baby so wanted to stay in a convenient location so this was the perfect choice. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was exceptional. Our room was ready and we received a complimentary upgrade, there was a cot already on the room for us, a selection of sweets and cakes were brought to our room to welcome us and the staff were so helpful and kind. If you want a luxury hotel within walking distance to Rodeo Drive then look no further.

Lovely room, location and housekeeping staff. We liked The Cut restaurant and had dinner twice there. But... the service at the hotel is not what is to be expected. At the main restaurant they accept lots of non guests and you might not have a table for breakfast. Unexplainable. Most important: There s been an alarming incident, the fire alarm went on , on Sunday morning April 5 th 2024 , fully, top volume, and nobody knew what to do, or what was going on, not even the employees . We didn't know if it was false or not. We were on the 11 th floor so we started climbing down the stairs together with other guests. The alarm sounding all the time as we went down. When we reached the lobby everybody looked normal, we asked and the hall porters answered faintly, :oh, i guess it was false..., the alarm went off then and we talked to the front desk and then they send an announcement about false alarm, long after we were downstairs. This lack of emergency procedures is really misleading and very dangerous , the staff is clearly not prepared to react, and also not communicating among themselves. If it was test the guests and staff had to be informed beforehand, or at least,as we went down. They didn't even seem to notice. Very disappointing as regards safety procedures, team work and team and emergency management.

Me and my wife had breakfast outside on our last visit here on the outside terrace called the BLVD it is stunning. Myself and my brother pre booked it as I wanted him to experience this . Great service, the food is very good. Not cheap but worth it especially if your fans of the movie Pretty woman.

Two days of pampering with fantastic service. Being in the Pretty Woman hotel was such fun. Dinner at Cut was great. Bar and pool were so enjoyable. Staff is top class.

My experience at the Iconic Beverly Wilshire Hotel was fantastic. Specifically, because of my experience at the Hotel through BEST LIFE-ING Wellness Retreat that occurred over two days at the Hotel. Julia and her team from BEST LIFE-INIG were knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and supportive through our many different wellness sessions conducted at the SPA on the Hotel grounds. The sessions I participated in were far ranging, and could be tailored to the participant. All were restorative, and that I plan to incorporate into my life now that its done. I recommend the experience to everyone. And the hotel itself was great as well- great amenities from the Spa, Pool, gym and restaurants. And a prime location- at the foot of the famous Rodeo Drive.
