An exceptional oasis in the heart of beverly hills
This was our second visit to L'Ermitage and it was as memorable as the first. The staff is exceptional. They look after every single detail and more. Unfailingly kind and helpful. The rooms are very large by Beverly Hills standards. The bedding is luxurious and soft. On our visit this time, they personally monogrammed our pillowcases with our initials. That just exemplifies the detail and attention to which they give their guests.

Great Place
Quiet, elegant, and friendly. Everyone from the valet, to the concierge, to the front desk, had friendly and approachable staff. Room was excellent.

Fantastic Beverly Hills stay!
Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location! We would only stay here now if we come back to Los Angeles. Loved the rooms and staff here. The town car is such a lovely touch too. Staff are helpful and kind and the rooms are perfect and huge for LA. The pictures don’t do it justice. You can walk to plenty of spots nearby and really soak in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas. Really friendly concierge too. We liked the hotel so much we stayed 2 extra nights at the end of our trip! Will be even better when the pool renovation is complete. We cannot wait to return one day. Thank you ☺️

A wonderful suite retreat in the buzzing heart of Beverly Hills.
L’Ermitage is a true gem in the centre of Beverly Hills. A wonderful all suite retreat with spacious rooms and state of the art interior. The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept in. The minibar has a wide and excellent selection that everyone will enjoy. The in room entertainment ranges from normal channels to Netflix and cinema movies. All staff members were great and we felt at home from the beginning. Especially Enrico and his valet team were always helpful and welcomed us with big smiles. Nice touch with the complimentary house car. The management is well visible and you can feel that they take care about their guests. Breakfast has a lovely a la carte menu with savoury and sweet choices. Definitely recommend staying here for the next LA visit!
