A Truly Amazing Experience at Alila Fort Bishangarh – Exceptional Hospitality & Wonderful Food
Our visit to Alila Fort Bishangarh was truly an amazing experience. The magnificent fort setting, beautiful ambience, exceptional food, and warm hospitality made our visit incredibly memorable. A special mention to Deep at Azara Restaurant, who was absolutely wonderful. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine efforts to make our experience special really stood out. He was courteous, extremely helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our time at the restaurant. The special breakfast menu featuring a wonderful selection of local Rajasthani cuisine was one of the highlights of our visit. Everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The food throughout our stay was amazing, with great flavours and attention to detail. And the Jalebi Rabri at dinner deserves a special mention — absolutely mouth-watering and easily one of the best we have ever had! It was the perfect indulgent treat and a definite highlight of our dining experience. Beyond the food, the entire hotel is spectacular. The beautifully restored fort, breathtaking surroundings, unique heritage character, and impeccable hospitality create an experience that is truly special. There is something magical about staying and dining within such a magnificent piece of history. A big thank you to Deep and the entire Alila Fort Bishangarh team for making our visit so memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, authentic, and unforgettable Rajasthani heritage experience. Absolutely loved our visit and would definitely come back!

Excellent experience
Majestic fort with wonderful hospitality. Its the staff which transform a stone and mortar fort into a memorable experience. Specially Mr Souvik, Mr Abhishek, Mr Santosh, they were so sweet and couldn’t be more hospitable.

Wonderful long weekend getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at the Alila Fort Bishangarh! The food is incredible, the service is so warm and hospitable (thank you to Deep at the restaurant) and the rooms (tented suites specifically) were just very relaxing and peaceful. We also booked ourselves in the hotel spa and had the most wonderful treatments thanks to Chaijing and Joyly! All in all a wonderful stay!
