Very great deal for value and service - the service is excellent and very attentive. The hotel is clean, well situated and has a good gym and spa. Also, food is very good (traditional Colombian)!

Hotel is located in a great, safe location with attentive and top-tier staff. There are excellent amenities like the spa, sauna, gym, and a delicious, rotating daily breakfast buffet. The room is well maintained and thoroughly clean. Transportation/car service is also easy to arrange with the front desk which made travel smooth. Extra appreciation goes to Juliana in guest services who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay as our English translator. I would highly recommend the Bogota Plaza Hotel!

My couple and I were completely glad with the service workers, they were so kind, respectful, warm, and they let us enjoy a lot our new year night. The buffet also was perfect, a little bit crowdy because of the San Silvestre event, but still nice.

The Bogota Plaza is a wonderful hotel, great location, excellent service, with professional-friendly staff, clean room, breakfast buffet was very good. Check in and out was quick and easy. Hotel transportation was waiting in from of the hotel, approximately $13 USD from hotel to the airport. I would highly recommend The Bogota Plaza Hotel.

I arrived late. It was my first time in Colombia and they made me feel very at home and welcome! The staff was so friendly and greeted us right away! Paula helped us with all of our questions, she informed us on all the best places to go! The kitchen staff was always very hospitable. Food was great as well! And the rooms were very clean! Will recommend to my friends and I will be back! Thanks for the great experience!
