We stayed at St Regis last week. Overall it was wonderful. It is stunningly beautiful. Having traveled to other resorts that offer butler service I was surprised with how St Regis worked. I am not sure if it was our butler or their service in general. We met with the butler when we got off the boat advised him that we needed our floats blown up we thought he would take them and get them blown up and return them to us , he had us call 9 and asked them to come to the hut pick up the floats and then return them. Due to my husbands disability we needed a ride everywhere so the butler knows where we are at all times, They should come by during the day and check on us in actuality he dropped off my tea in the morning and never saw him again all day. We are use to butlers having 5-8 villa like other resorts he had 20 villas. This lead to much less personal connection. We like ice in our room everyday around 3pm and after dinner, our room tended to while we are at the pool and turn-down while we are at dinner. I would have thought that the butler team would automatically handle all of this with the housekeeping team but having 20 villas they can not provide. It got it handled but I needed to call each time for each item. Again we had a wonderful time, it was just a different butler experience then I expected and wanted to share in case anyone else had prior butler experiences that were more personal. This seems to be an overall concierge team approach where anything you ask for is taken care of with a short wait, but nothing is automatically handled. We had the meal plan and did not have one thing that we did not like the whole time there. The staff was wonderful and they could not be any nicer. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating of any of our needs. Tim at the beach was super friendly and goes out of his way for you. I called over to my husband our first day and from that moment on he called him by name, saying hello and goodbye and asking if we needed anything. The other beach boys were also great but I did not get any of their names. It is a beautiful resort and relaxing was wonderful. Do not come here if you depend on the cart service. They took 30 min when they said 10 and do not show up when you schedule a time. If you are able body you will have a great time.

We had a lovely stay at the St Regis Bora Bora resort! The beachside villa we stayed it was a dream and exactly as the website photos. You can expect the food at all of the restaurants to be delightful and delicious. The service can be a bit slow but lovely and it’s island time after all. Some notes for future travelers: -Resort is beautiful and rooms are good quality & clean -Beach staff were all very kind and work hard -All food and drinks were top notch -Take the free shuttle into town, it’s worth it for the local shops and seeing the main island -Book a snorkel/shark tour, it’s a great way to see the island, gorgeous blue waters and snorkel -Book a spa service! The spa staff and facilities are amazing. Feedback for the Resort: -All of the butlers were very kind and willing to help, but I wish their assistance was a little more intuitive. We had to call the Butler line every morning to order the included coffee service while other guests were offered the opportunity to schedule wake up calls. At times, it felt as though the Butler line was a pass through service, examples: we called the Butler line to stock our mini bar and they connected us to the Dining team for us to request it. We called the Butler line to change a dinner reservation and they connected us to the concierge desk to let us request that change with them. This does not match up with the butler services we have experienced at other St Regis resorts. -The spa was the only place where our Titanium status was recognized. They gave us complementary services and discounts. -While we understand Titanium does not guarantee an upgrade, we were disappointed that we were not upgraded during our stay. The resort didn’t appear to be full so it’s not clear why an upgrade was not offered to us. -Lastly, it would have been nice for our Butler to coordinate housekeeping services to happen while we were booked to be away from the room on tours or dinners … several times we would return to our room either while housekeeping was present or without the room being serviced.

Makes you feel like you are in paradise. Our butler- Diana Garcia made us feel special and made our 41st anniversary memorable. The SPA is great, bikes are provided to get around the grounds, lagoonarium is a great place to snorkel in a controlled settling with many sea life, the pools are great, several beaches, and swimming right off your overwater villa is perfect

What a remarkable place and once in a lifetime experience for my partner and I. We celebrated our 30th anniversary at St. Regis in an overwater bungalow and it was heavenly. From the food to the housekeepers, desk team to butlers, restaurant servers to maintenance crew….all beautiful people with a welcoming la Ora na at the ready. Unforgettable experience in a heavenly location ..thank you!

This may be the best resort ever! EVERYTHING about this resort was over the top fabulous. The check in process was so welcoming: a chair massage, a margarita or non-alcoholic drink offer and a butler who takes you to your room, puts you on a group text in case you want anything at anytime and takes you to your room and shows you around. He even brings complimentary coffee to your room each morning if you want. The rooms are huge and well appointed. We had an ocean view with a very large veranda including table and chairs and a sofa. The room had an outdoor shower, and indoor shower and tub, a water closet and two sinks at the dressing area. The walk-in closet was huge and the room was large with a desk, over-sized TV and sofa/chair. The beds were very comfortable and large. We loved getting chocolate with our exquisite turn-down service each evening. Such luxury! The restaurants were all great. I big shout out to SIX (his nick name) who manages the Sea Breeze restaurant and Hugo, one of the excellent servers. WE liked it so much we ate there two nights in a row. The restaurant serving breakfast was excellent too. All-in-all we LOVED our time there.
