4.5 ⭐️ only because the front desk is understaffed. I have stayed here a few times. LOVE the hotel! Beautiful entrance. The lobby is nice and equipped with a nice coffee machine. Nice big screen tv snd sitting area. The rooms THE ROOMS! are very clean and bed is so comfortable. It has all the ammenidies needed. The bar/grill has a nice ambiance and good drinks and food. One of the bartender was a bit rude when we tried to move the chairs closer outside but I will keep staying here when in Boston 🤩

Great beds, clean hotel. Bar downstairs always open. 100% going back when I visit Boston again later this year. Valet service was great, front desk manner was professional. Coffee and food in the morning for guests was great. Pillows and blankets awesome along with big tv and big bathroom. Hotel is in a great spot for you to travel around Boston.

From the moment we pulled up to the curb to the moment we pulled out to return home, our stay in Boston at Hotel AKA Back Bay was simply fabulous. Our kids (ok, the adults, too) felt like royalty with the service of the staff and with the building itself. (Be sure to take the time and ask about the history of this gorgeous building! It adds to the experience and made us appreciate the building a bit more.) Valet, desk staff, bar tender, manager.....every single person was friendly, polite, extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was spacious and clean, a rollaway was there when we arrived (we requested it), and the bathroom had the best shower EVER (priorities, right?)! Despite renovations in progress, the hotel was clean, quiet and elegant. Ryan, one of the managers, took the time to welcome us, chat with us throughout our stay (he even showed our kids pictures of his cats), and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We will be repeat customers of Hotel AKA Back Bay.

Beautiful hotel, everything is near by, if you don't want to go out you don’t have to because the food at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar are amazing We had a great time , the rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows super comfortable. I recommended 100%

Ryan (at the front desk) and John (doorman) were both very pleasant and helpful! I had some things I had forgotten (like toothpaste and water) and the front desk was very accommodating. Had a very nice stay and will continue to book hotel aka in the future.
