Great stay in a great location
Great hotel and location. Would highly recommend! Great service and the location is right on the wharf near the Harbor walk.

1st Time in Boston, but won't be last...
Out of the hotels hands issue, AC went out the weekend we came for Labor Day. We made it work but thought the staff could have been slightly empathetic.

Great location
Beautiful hotel in amazing location. However, if you book through a third party website, they charge you a lot of fees at checkout. We were charged almost $200 in random fees and their excuse was that we booked through hotels.com instead of through the hotel directly. We loved the hotel but would definitely keep that in mind if you plan to book.

Poor Experience.
Terrible. No AC and a party above us lasted until 3:00am. Staff at check in was helpful but the morning staff was not great. The breakfast was very good and the service in the dining area was excellent.

Great location. Staff more than professional. Room nice. Bathroom exceptional. 2nd stay here. We really like this hotel.
