Great stay at a premier hotel.
We had an incredible stay. The hotel is in a great location and is a totally beautiful property. Rooms are spacious, clean and in first rate condition. The folks taking care of the room are very friendly and detailed oriented. This was our first time in Boston so we asked the concierges, Griffin and Long, to help recommend dining and tour options. They were both incredibly helpful and provided us with options that made our stay a truly memorable experience. I cannot say enough about the Boston Harbor hotel. It totally exceeded our expectations for a first class experience in every way. I highly recommend it.

A fabulous experience
The location on the harbor is fabulous. The hotel itself is elegant and inviting. The Front Desk staff were truly customer/guest-centric and helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. They were consummate professionals, friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful with lots of light and large windows overlooking the harbor. The room layout was great and the bathroom was elegant. The cleaning staff and room service were superb. I cannot say enough how fabulous our experience was and what a beautiful hotel this is!

Worth the price in every way
Everything about this hotel is top of class. Rooms, service and food (both restaurant and room service. We were grandparents babysitting a 3 month old and the hotel went above and beyond fulfilling the needs of the child from a crib to bath soap supplies to a plushie. When she needed her sheet changed, housekeeping arrived within 5 minutes. It is rare that a hotel provides this level of service. We even thought the valet charges were reasonable.

We've been to the Boston Harbor Hotel several times and we would not consider staying anywhere else when we go to Boston. It's in a great location, well maintained and clean and the people are always friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
