Ok, I’m just going to get straight to the point, I have been to many places and as of recent, the service has been shoddy. Not just from the workers, but also from management! When it comes to the Boston Harbor Hotel, I can humbly and happily say they, along with The Vanderbilt Hotel, got to have the best customer service I’ve seen on the East Coast! HANDS DOWN!! A big part of that goes to front desk director Keith. From one manager to another, this guy EXCEEDS expectations! It’s not just him, but also his staff! However, let’s put a pin in that part of the review for now as there is a lot to get to. As part of our special East Coast trip my girl and finished our trip at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Initially started with reviewing the hotel on AMEXtravel, Visa Signature Collection, Forbes and Conte Nast sites. Every last one of the sites gave the hotel a rave review! When I read, it was the only five-star, four-diamond hotel on the harbour, I had to jump on it! In addition, the architecture was absolutely amazing! I should know this, after all! :-) As a result, I took a leap of faith, called the hotel and was immediately connected with Hannah! This another person who was just as instrumental to making this hotel stay a success!! I explained to her the occasion and she was able to assist with the upgrade in accordance to the program that aligned with my credit card! In addition, she helped out with the booking the reservations, the cake for the room (that’s right, she did it all!!)! She even helped set up a BEAUTIFUL cake for us at the last minute! From there, that’s where Keith and the team stepped in and did a fantastic job!! These two were a dynamic duo!! Five-star, four-diamond duet! When we arrived our room was in immaculate condition. Everything was clean and in order. There was no hair or anything filthy left behind by previous guests. The views on the room were absolutely breathtaking! Please check out the pictures to see more. We had a beautiful ensemble of welcome trinkets waiting for us in the room not just when we arrived, but every time the rooms were cleaned by the housecleaning staff! In-room dining absolutely great in the best way possible! Carol was awesome with her recommendations and specials when we ordered our food. Sadly I don’t remember the name of the guy who set up our dinner in our room, but he did a spectacular job!! He did an amazing job not only setting up the table, but also coming back and disassembling everything. That experience alone was just breathtaking. Speaking of, and I will do a separate review on this, but we also enjoyed our dining experiences at the Sea Grille. The wait and support staff were also absolutely amazing! Lastly, there’s the hotel itself. Well, they don’t call it the Boston Harbor hotel for nothing! Whether historical or contemporary, everywhere you turn you see pictures of the rich heritage of the harbor. In fact, I think nothing pronounces that much more than the massive monumental arch that partitions the hotel and the residences of the property. We’re practically frames the harbor and captures it in a way that’s unimaginable! However, the most moving part is the giant American flag that flies at the top of the archway. It makes wine proud to be an American which unfortunately can’t be tough to say during these trying times. All in all, I will end up giving The Boston Harbor Hotel a 5/5. While there were some imperfections (there always is) folks like Keith, Tyler and Wyatt right there to make sure that everything was corrected and that is what anyone is looking for. Not to mention, what’s won me over even more is when hotels also send you personal “thank you” for staying. As mentioned it was a special occasion and it was a success because of Keith and Hannah! I’m forever grateful and can empathically say without a doubt that I highly recommend staying at the Boston Harbor Hotel!! Special thanks to the following people: Reservations: Hannah Front Desk: Keith,Jovan,Tyler,Isabel,Wyatt, Erin Valet/Bellman: Rudy, Joe, Yadiel In-Room: Carol, (Unknown Server) Concierge: Griffin Sea Grille: Separate Review coming soon

The pillows smells bad… and internet was worst connection and speed I have ever experienced… But overall is satisfactory hotel for the location.

Wonderful view of Boston Harbor in a comfortable suite, friendly and very helpful staff, and a good location. Breakfasts in the Rowe's Wharf Sea Grill were excellent, as were nightcaps and desserts in the Dark Bar. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Griffin, the concierge, helped make our stay a memorable one. He was also very helping on arranging a gift card from a friend which bought us some cocktails in The Dark Bar (also fantastic) The room was spotlessly clean, very quiet with exceptionally comfortable beds. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. My wife and I very much appreciate the gift from the hotel for our honeymoon. A true luxury experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
