Boston Harbor Hotel

Enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is lovely and in a great part of the city, on the water. The concierge services were stellar; a shout-out to Griffin and Nathan, who basically could read my mind. The gym was not an afterthought - it is very large and has a good selection of equipment and areas to stretch. The Dark Bar (it is dark!) has a nice menu, including a sancerre list by the glass and bottle. The bartender was great. We had a suite, which was roomy and nicely appointed. I would absolutely return.

Beautiful hotel with a spacious room and a great view of the Harbor. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

I’ll preface and say, yes, it’s pricey. I too considered different options that are more affordable. We ultimately decided to give it a try, and we are so glad we did. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of attention to detail is incredible. I was addressed by name by people I have never even interacted with. Room was spotless, with turndown service, and was beyond well stocked. I don’t just mean stocked like normal; for example, we returned one day to find that my wife’s lengthy iPhone charging cable had been rolled up and secured with a Boston Harbor Hotel tie, so that it fit cleanly on the night stand and took up less space. Overall, I can’t say enough about the place. On site dining was very good, views are incredible, staff very nice and very helpful. I will be back!

I'd say it's 10 out of 10 (or even 11 out of 10). The location is great, not only to see the harbor but also to walk around the attractions in downtown. The service, amenities, and staffs are superb. Rooms and everywhere are so clean and beautifully coordinated everywhere. It was my 2nd visit to Boston Harbor Hotel this time, and I'm sure I'll stay in the same place in my future visits as well. You'll be impressed by the kind and professional help that the staff members offer to you. Simply the best!

We had a wonderful stay. Housekeeping and room service were excellent and went the extra mile. My daughter enjoyed choosing a stuffy upon arrival and kept it with her our entire trip. All staff members we encountered were polite and friendly. The location worked well for our needs and we loved being able to walk along the harbor side or street as both were accessible options. We would absolutely consider staying here again.
