Boston Harbor Hotel

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We had our daughter‘s wedding there in May they went above and beyond with every detail they possibly could. We had a fabulous time at the hotel. Each of our guest continued to praise the hotel for being so lovely, so accommodating, so clean, so classy, and so lovely. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough good things about the Boston Harbor Hotel. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, you are treated like royalty. I am not sure how the hotel manager is able to find so many kind, friendly and hard working people, who go above and beyond to make your stay so enjoyable. The rooms are clean, cozy and there is even a swimming pool and gym. The location of the hotel is incredible, walking distance to everything. Looking forward to my return to this lovely hotel.

As a business traveler, I have spent a lot of time in hotels, including other properties in Boston's financial district. Even on a low floor, the views were worth lingering. As one would expect in staying at a high-end hotel, attnetion has been paid to the details: staff were attentive and helpful, the room was expansive, and the bedding was luxurious. The bathroom was was clean and well appointed. Collar stays in the assortment of bath sundries!

We visited for my Mom's birthday, and this is our new favorite hotel in Boston. Most importantly, the staff is fantastic. They are kind, aware, and always accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, and we loved the location by the water. (You can even catch the water taxi from the dock behind the hotel for a shuttle ride to the airport.) The restaurant is excellent. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the nicer days. They also have a fun cafe that offers excellent coffee, tea,pastries, yogurt parfaits, etc. The rooms are super comfortable and lovely, and the gym/pool area is one of the best hotel wellness areas we have seen. They even have infrared saunas poolside. We are definitely looking forward to returning! Thank you Boston Harbor Hotel!

The hotel is one of the last examples of true hospitality left in the city. I have stayed here several times, and every time, I am welcomed back with warmth and authentic recognition. Sheila Rice is always warm and responsive. She makes the process effortless. My room was generous in size and pristine. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to have a harbor view, but there really isn’t a bad room in the place. Due to work commitments, i needed to arrive early and leave my luggage and vehicle prior to check in time. When I inquired about the possibility of doing this, Miller PENAFLOR offered an early check instantly. Arrival is so easy and I love having the ability to self park in the building. I can’t say enough about the hotel. In a world where hospitality is a dying art form the Boston Harbor Hotel has the secret sauce-offering true value in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
