We stayed during the Tall Ships event, and our experience exceeded every expectation. I had made several specific requests when booking our reservation months in advance, and every single one was honored. It was clear that the staff paid close attention to every detail. Everyone at the hotel was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The service was exceptional from start to finish. We enjoyed beautiful views, our room was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, and every meal we had was delicious. The only disappointment was that we didn’t have more time to stay. We can’t wait to return!

Exceptional hotel with excellent, caring staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Attention to detail and special attention to our birthday celebration was a wonderful surprise. Our room had an outstanding view of the beautiful harbor and we loved watching the boats on the water. The nightly entertainment on the harbor stage was wonderful.

I booked the Boston Harbor Hotel very far in advance because I wanted a hotel on the waterfront for the Sail Boston tall ships event. I booked a harbor view room and I was thrilled to have a front row seat for an incredible sunrise, the tall ship parade, the evening fireworks and the general festivities on the waterfront. The room had windows that opened so we could also enjoy the live music in the evening. Except to enjoy breakfast at the hotel restaurant we stayed in our room the entire day as we watched a magnificent spectacle. Even without a special event, the hotel is perfect for enjoying the busy harbor, the flights coming and going at the airport and the lights of the seaport. Multiple times my husband complimented me for knocking it out of the park with the location. The hotel is direct harbor front and close to many seaport attractions. This is a high-end, higher priced hotel and may not be practical for everyone or when you just need a place to lay your head. But, it is a great option for a special occasion when you might enjoy your room or hotel as the "destination." As a treat I booked a romance package that included champagne, chocolate strawberries, parking and breakfast. It was delightful enjoying those amenities. Front start to finish our visit was wonderful. The valet, front desk, bellman, room service staff were all warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. There is a harbor view restaurant, a lovely coffee shop with baked goods and small breakfast and lunch bites, as well as an indoor and outdoor bar. Our stay was memorable because of the special events of the weekend, but made even more special because of the wonderful experience we had as a guest of the hotel.

I wish we could give it a perfect rating. We had a mini suite. Clean, comfortable and quiet (but for the emergency vehicles). One issue was the A/C decided it was winter in hot July at 8pm. Staff had it fixed in an hour. The other was I got a rash from either the soup used for the towels or the body wash that's offered. Don't know which. Its gone in a week. Easy walk to Mike's Bakery for the best cannolis you ever had and other Italian goodies. You haven't had Italian until you've dined in Boston's Little Italy. Also located near the Aquarium metro station for a easy hop to the Commons.

My go to desired hotel when visiting Boston - niche luxurious hotel with a lovely personal touch. Food, facilities and the staff are excellent and really make you feel like a guest as opposed to another traveller

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
