First-class service in a great Boston location
We had a staycation night at the Boston Harbor Hotel and it was perfect. The room and the view were fantastic, the whole staff was very friendly, the gym was one of the nicer hotel gyms I've seen in a while, the food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was spectacular. Really high marks for service. Would definitely recommend!

Best Hotel Ever
There are not enough words to describe the experience we had at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It is hands down one of the best, if not the best hotel we have stayed in. The moment we checked in, the front desk staff greeted us and made our child feel special by offering him a stuff animal. The food at the restaurant was so fresh and delish and the staff was so friendly. In room dining was delicious as well. The hotel is centrally located so it was nice to leave the car behind and walk around. The valet, the staff from the restaurant and the cafe, front desk staff, in room dining, bellman, housekeeping were beyond sweet and so helpful. Every single person we encountered was a pleasure to speak with. The bellman upon departing took down our bags, the front desk called for our car and they had put all of our belongings in our car before we even arrived downstairs. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the memories!

Nice building, Great staff
Superior faculty. Even better staff at every level. Friendly, polite, capable with can do attitude. From valet, front desk, wait staff and housekeeping this is a superior team. Great hotels not about the building but the people who make a hotel.

Exceptional Stay at Boston Harbor Hotel
Our family had an extraordinary stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Without exception, every interaction we had with the staff, from the bellhops and housekeeping team to the front desk and concierge, was exemplary. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. The view from our room on the 16th floor was absolutely breathtaking. We could not have asked for a more incredible view of Boston's spectacular skyline. Our room was spotless upon arrival and impeccably maintained throughout our stay by your outstanding housekeeping staff. I would especially like to recognize Dimitri in Reservations for his exceptional assistance in arranging an additional small refrigerator and an oxygen concentrator for our room due to medical needs. Traveling with special accommodations can often be stressful, but Dimitri handled every request with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, putting all of our concerns completely at ease. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a meaningful difference in our trip. We truly cannot recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for providing such an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to returning in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
