Top notch service in a great location! Perfect!
Boston Harbor Hotel is like going back in time to when personal services was part of the experience. From the time you arrive the entire team makes you feel like you're their number one priority. I was in Boston to run the marathon and the health club was exactly what I needed for my recovery. And they even framed a certificate with my name and finishing time to celebrate my achievement. It was unexpected and much appreciated. Plus, it's a short walk to the North End for the best Italian food you can find anywhere. Also close to public transportation to get out and see the all the fun parts of Boston. If you're going to Boston stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It's perfect!

Sophisticated Elegance
Upon entering the Boston Harbor Hotel, a true aura of calm quickly embraces the guest, we have felt this same feeling each time we have stayed. The staff is cordial and warm, the rooms offer sophisticated elegance and the food is delicious. The Boston Harbor Hotel is our go to hotel now when visiting Boston.

Marathon weekend
We went on the Boston Marathon weekend and even on an extremely busy weekend the staff and hotel was unbelievable.

Beautiful Boston hotel with amazing service
This is a lovely hotel. The service could not have been more attentive. From the moment you pull up to the curb, they cannot do enough for you. The lobby smells wonderful. The people are so nice. The location is great - right on the water, which makes for a nice stroll, and very close to the North End. The rooms are spacious and the king room had a nice sitting area. Very clean, and nice turn-down service. The one thing I noticed was that the bathroom door didn't close completely, you had to shut it kind of hard. So maybe it's due for a couple of little tweaks, but other than that, it was a perfect stay. Would definitely stay here again and it was worth the cost.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
