Boston Harbor Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The location was excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel itself was elegant, clean, and very well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the overall attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers a great combination of comfort, service, and scenery, and I would happily stay there again.

This was my second stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel, and it cemented the hotel's status as my go-to when I am in town. The service is impeccable without being stuffy, the rooms are refined and comfortable. The attention to detil at this hotel is amazing, making for a truly luxurious stay. You can tell that staff are well trained and that they are happy in their jobs. What a wonderful, relaxing place.

For our anniversary we booked a night at this hotel. Our room was amazing and faced the harbor. We had dinner at rowes wharf and it was fantastic. We arrived to Champaign and strawberries waiting for us for our anniversary which was so thoughtful and at dinner the restaurant worked a celebratory message into their menus for us and remade our wedding cake for desert. I can’t say enough about the level of service this hotel provides. I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world and this rivals anything I’ve ever experienced.

We had the most amazing hotel experience of our lives a couple of weeks ago at the Boston Harbor and we are frequent travelers. I have a lot of allergies (including to pets) and we were put on the hypoallergenic floor which we were grateful for. We booked throught the American Express Fine Hotel and Resorts program and were upgraded to the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in with a spectacular view of both the city and the harbor! Absolutely incredible views! Every member of the Boston Harbor team was friendly, professional and helpful. We have stayed in many hotels in Boston over the years and this hotel can't be beat! We can't wait to return!

A wonderful stay at a great location. Sea views and walks on the Harbor Walk make this special. The rooms are large and spacious, plus the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. The furniture may be a bit tired, but the remainder of the experience make it very worthwhile.
