Reviews for The Colonnade Hotel

Worst restaurant manager. She may have had problems, but you don’t act like that to your customers.

For my review, read my title it actually sums everything up. On a positive note, Norman is one of the best people I have met working in a hotel in a long, long, long time

WONDERFUL HOTEL

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We stay at this hotel at least once a year. Rachael was so helpful in making our reservation. Aiden at the front desk found us a perfect room based on our requests. Our housekeeper,Ada D, made sure our room was thoroughly cleaned each day. We were pleasantly surprised when each doorman greeted us by our name and welcomed us back. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The Rooftop pool is a main attraction for us( especially on the very hot days), but is very crowded and seats are taken early in the AM. We look forward to our next stay at The Colonnade Hotel !!!

Thanks Norman!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

I really appreciate Norman's kind and calm contribution to my stay. He was always so friendly and welcoming. He also gave me a towel and water when I returned to the hotel after a hot run. That was very considerate, and his kindness shows all the time. In the room, I do wish the bathroom doors weren't French, but one door. I also disliked that there was not a fan/vent in the bathroom. The pool and menu were nice, and I enjoyed the bed and in room coffee amenities. The resturant downstairs felt a little too pricy.

Solo trip that ticked all boxes

Ideally located close to many busy and popular areas. Walking distance to Boston Common, short metro ride to downtown. Great hotel with friendly staff, brilliant amenities, rooms comfortable and spotless. Given world cup, I felt this offered great value.

This was a grandmother/grandaughter get away trip to Boston. The Colonnade Hotel was great, perfectly located for us and we both came away happy and ready to return! Welcoming staff and spacious rooms too!
