Our daughter is ill and we have had to make many trips to Boston for her care. We initially stayed at a different hotel. But once we stayed here we wouldn’t go anyplace else. Ryan Jennifer Donny Thomas Katherine always seems to know what to say. The entire staff is phenomenal and extremely attentive to our needs.

We’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel while flying in for medical procedures. Ryan, Thomas, Jennifer, and Donnie have gone out of their way to make us feel like we’re at a home away from home and to make the hard medical stuff not as bad. Couldn’t ask for better staff and more beautiful rooms. (Big fan of Collette)

We had a nice little mini-break at the Colonnade on a freezing cold weekend. It is nice that the Prudential subway stop is immediately outside their front door, you practically fall over it when leaving the hotel. You merely have to walk across the street and up the stairs to enter the giant Prudential Mall complex, you can walk indoors from the Sheraton Boston to the Marriott Copley Square - hundreds of shops, cafe's restaurants at your disposal without bracing subzero temps. Take a fun trip up to the Top of the Hub to view Boston from 60 stories up (there is a fee) or cross the street to view the Maparium inside the Christian Science Mother Church complex. Brasserie Jo was wonderful, and may now be my top Boston Restaurant. Another genius feature that I loved is you press a button inside your door for housekeeping to either make-up your room or request privacy. What could be improved upon: it would be nice to have distilled water available for the many who travel with CPAP machines. Also for the entire time we were there their was a display in the lobby inviting us to sample hot cocoa and ginger snap cookies - but there was never any sign of either. Also a I like glasses in the rooms, not paper and plastic cups (it looks cheap). Very nice staff, thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2018. Check In was a breeze. Attached parking garage (for additional fee) was convenient. Located across from a mall that has a ton of stores and restaurants. We ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and while it was a bit pricey, it was good. Room were clean and were of decent size. Only issue we had was that our safe did not work and when I tried calling down to the front desk about it I discovered the in room phone also did not work - although not a big deal.

Scored this hotel on a travel deal site; otherwise you’re often looking at a pretty hefty price tag for it. Beautiful hotel with a location to die for- right above Prudential stop on the Green line. Hotel staff were polite and professional, rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean. Parking- garage is attached right to the building so you can go right to the floors without having to take separate elevators. All in all, exactly what I was looking for!
