After the Marriott overbooked us, the Colonnade made us feel welcomed and made our stay perfect! The manager Jen Morotto and Colleen personally welcomed us to the hotel and were so friendly. All the staff was so nice, from the bellman would found us cookies when we had a sweet tooth to the engineer, Ray who went out of his way to return an item to us. We've got our new favorite hotel in Boston and can't wait for our next visit! Thank you to Jen and her awesome staff!

Unfortunately, our shower in the bathroom was broke and we had to be moved to another room on another floor. I guess I forgot my Fitbit in the bathroom and didn’t notice. 5 minutes later Ray tracked us down in our new room and gave me back the Fitbit. That says a lot. The hotel was great, the staff was so helpful and gracious after the Marriott overbooked us and sent us to another hotel with only one bed and then we were sent to the Colonade. The Colonnade made a great impression!

The Colonnade is a comfortable, well located hotel in Boston with easy access to most places to see and visit in Boston. Walking distance to Boston Common and city center. It stands out for wonderful service from all the staff. I had a couple of special requests which were very kindly tended to by the hotel staff. I was especially pleased with the service received from Jennifer Morotto in the front office who went above and beyond, even after I checked out. Her help and kindness made a world of difference during my stay. I absolutely recommend The Colonnade!

The hotel location is great. It is located right across the street from the conference center, shopping, and a block away from a red star market. Great restaurants only steps away. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great views of the city at higher floors. The staff is friendly. We only had one big issue with the hotel: the doors are weighted to close to latch, so they slam. It takes insight by other guests to not let the doors slam, but not everyone is thoughtful of others. So the doors slam at all hours of the night and morning. We had our room changed to one way at the end and it was much better.

Stayed there on the 11th floor for four nights. The room was nice, bed was amazing as well as the pillows and large blanket! Definitely best bed I have slept in at a 4 star hotel. Loved the shower too. The service was excellent and the food at the restaurant was wonderful. Only negative is that the rooftop bar and swimming pool were closed until next year because the summer season was over, really sad because the weather was 22-27 degrees celcius and sun. Really great location too and lot of nice restaurants nearby and shops too.
