Location excellent, amenities poor
This is a tough review to write but I want to be honest and open for visitors. The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, although dated. However, there are few basic amenities here - we booked this place partly because of the spa and pool; but when we arrived (mid sept) we were told that the pool closed from labor day …. The bar/ restaurant (Lucie’s ) was also closed on Sunday and Monday during our trip - yes you could order room service , but in a large hotel in a central location you would expect more.

Lovely hotel, excellent location.
Location of hotel is perfect with view of Prudential Centre. Room was very spacious and was very quiet at night. A special mention to housekeeping staff, in particular Zainab (hope I got name right) who kept our room spotless and Norman the doorman who went out of his way to keep our bags safe on travel home day and arranged transport to airport. Definitely went the extra mile! Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Hotel Colonnade stay there
Great location. Lovely hotel. Outdoor pool and rooftop can get crowded. However nice to be above the city of Boston and take it all in. Front desk attentive and helpful. Bellhops were so helpful. Room was a good size. Hotel was mostly quiet. Great choice

Close to Fenway Park
Chose the Colonnade Hotel due to it's walking distance to Fenway Park and the quite good price we paid for three nights at the start of September. Close (by subway) to all the attractions of Boston and surrounding area. Definitely use again when in Boston. Recommended.
