The Colonnade Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at The Colonnade Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and were able to check in early after a long flight.The atmosphere was charming and inviting, with so many thoughtful details that made our stay feel special. The access to complimentary snacks and beverages was much appreciated. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was the personal touch and warm hospitality, especially from Micheal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and memorable stay!

From the impeccable Norman on the door who sets the whole professional tone of this excellent hotel, to Deneke’s help with the luggage, to Lilly and Mike on the front desk and all of the wonderful housekeeping staff who so beautifully and efficiently made up my room each day, this was a great stay. I recently stayed at The Colonnade Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was outstanding, professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I was especially impressed with the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again.

It was a first time visit for my husband and I to Boston. We usually stay at Marriott hotels, but Travel Zoo was offering a deal for The Colonnade Hotel. We decided to go out of our comfort zone and give a different hotel a try. We’re so glad we did! This hotel was the perfect location. Walkable to many sights. The hotel itself was very clean, friendly staff, good food at the on site restaurant, a nice rooftop pool with a great view of the city, rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding! If not sure where to stay, give this hotel a try! I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!!

The Facility was very clean. The Staff was phenomenal, especially Aiden at the desk and Norman at the door. Both went above and beyond the call of duty. Trolley stop was right outside the door. Lots of good restaurants within easy walk. Right across the Street from the Prudential Center. Lucie’s (in the lobby) was good-especially the Ribs- but the Hostess was much more interested in her phone than finding us a table. Definitely a good place to stay when in Boston.
