We stayed two nights and loved the hotel & the staff. I loved the view of Huntington Ave from the 10th floor and the comfortable bed. My son loved the revolving doors and the heated rooftop pool. Hilary & Norman were helpful with the luggage and loaning us an umbrella for the day & waters for our tour. Chanel at the front desk helped me get tickets for the trolley tour that picks you up right in front of the hotel - which I recommend. Jay was very nice to my son while he went swimming in the rain in the rooftop pool. I liked the package I got that included parking and breakfast. We walked up to my alma mater Northeastern and around the prudential plaza stores. We look forward to returning again and seeing more of Boston and staying at our favorite fancy hotel.

We stayed here with our young family and would highly recommend. Rooftop pool was fun and great for kids and adults, room was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Ryan at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of us! We'll be back next time we're in Boston.

My wife and I visited my daughter in Boston on our Anniversary weekend and stayed at this hotel. I mentioned it was our anniversary and the hotel upgraded our hotel room with no up charge! Great touch!! The room was very nice except we had an issue with our tv which did not work the whole weekend. The hotel manager did apologize and get me a $50 credit on my hotel bill which was acceptable to me. We took advantage of the rooftop pool and eat breakfast. The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had omelette's which were very good. Understand that you are eating poolside and not in the restaurant. If the weather is great try it. If you do not like being outside use the French restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby. The hotel is near the Copley Square and Back Bay areas. The Prudential mall is right across the street and has Eataly inside. There are plenty of quality restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel which costs $43 daily. It's expensive but very convenient.

I stayed at the hotel pn 7/3 to celebrate the 4th in the city. My children were being so unruly during check in but Chanel knew exactly what to do & say to keep them calm. She offered them cookies and rubber duckies. Her patience was refreshing. I countinously came down o the front desk to ask for advise and everyone at the front desk was helpful. The housekeeping did a great job at cleaning his room everyday.

Our room was large, comfortable, and richly appointed. The service was very good and the location worked well. Absolutely no complaints from us. The terrific view was the cherry on top. Kudos to a very friendly staff. Recommended.
