Everything was super easy and smooth. I arrived around 2am after multiple delays and I was grateful for a quick and simple check-in, and comfortable bed, and the security of knowing I would get a wake up call at 7am to make it to my conference (which I could easily walk to, along with many places to eat, shop, the river, and easy public transportation). When I discovered I'd forgotten my razor they had a complimentary one for me at the front desk. I loved the touches like the bath robe and the daily newspaper outside my door. Plus the pool! I went up my second day there thinking it might be me and a family with a small child, but in fact it was like I'd gone to Vegas! Shaded lounges to rent, beach chair covers for all, live music, and poolside food and beverage service. It felt like a vacation from my vacation. I found a chair that day, but when I went back up the next day with a friend all the lounge chairs were taken. Luckily there was one bar table left so we ended up sitting there and ordering the fried chicken sliders, which were pretty delicious. I was not surprised it was a crowded place, especially as it's open to anyone, not just hotel guests. Last but not least, the lobby. Not only was there a complimentary jug of something cold (flavored water or iced tea), but it smelled heavenly. I think like vanilla, with a little sandalwood or lavender? I'm not sure exactly what it was, and it certainly wasn't overpowering, but it made me want to take deep breaths every time I was in the lobby, and the calming effect was wonderful.

Ex-NYers looking for a late night snack. Bartender Rich hooked us up at Brasserie Jo. He not only came out with our desired chips and salsa but his authentic Bostonian accent made our bar stay all the more enjoyable. The crispy cauliflower bites hit the spot too!

Stayed for 3 nights. Noisy air conditioning, but otherwise big comfy room. Bit steep priced considering it's an extra 48 dollars per night for parking. Roof top pool was great. It's of staff on pool top but seemed to have little to do. Receptionist on leaving could have made things easier-leaving the car park was an issue

Great location, but poor service. Rooms are very small with a tiny bathroom. The breakfast in the restaurant was really bad, very expensive and not good at all. Very limited options in the menu, and a poor and very bad buffet. One of the concierge man also was very rude when we ask for something.

The hotel is nice, well located and the room is very good. Friendly staff with a nice restaurant. Very close to Haynes Convention Centre, and metro station. The shopping centre is just across the street and can be reached using the underground pass.
