My experience with and at the Colonnade is the best I ever have had at a hotel. My friend talked with hotel staff to let them know I would be attending her breakfast program 3/25/2018, spending one night. After that conversation, I received a letter showing I was registered. I called a week later and provided my financial information. When I arrived at the hotel the great customer experience began. Everything at the front desk went smooth. I am walking with a cane and they had wheelchairs available, as a courtesy. When the young man escorted me to my room, saw how far I was from the elevator, he call the front desk to see if my room could be changed. It could but they were concerned that my view would not be as beautiful. It was still a great view. Later that afternoon, I was brought a tray of wonderful fruits, cheeses, deli meat and various crackers. They had folded a napkin in a matter that the crackers were in two folds. AND a bottle of Perrier, with a handwritten note from Mr. David J. Colella, VP & Managing Director. Thank you! There was even a little rubber duck was on the side of my bathtub. When I didn't respond to the two wake up calls, there was a knock on my door; it was security checking on me. Every staff person I came in contact with was beyond helpful and kind. From the Doorman that met me when I got to the hotel to management during my stay. The food was great too. I hope I get to stay at the Colonnade Hotel again real soon and bring my family. Perfect location, close to everything. Across the street from Prudential Center, plenty of shops and restaurants, Stars Supermarket (great sandwiches there! ) walking distance to Chinatown, Macy's...Cheesecake Factory and 5 Napkin Burgers across the street (both places have great burgers) lots of pubs close by as well!

My daughter and I stayed for two nights at the Colonnade for our tour of Fenway Park and the Back Bay area of Boston. Thomas, the concierge and Norman, the porter were extremely friendly and helpful to us. They made us feel very welcome during our stay. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Prudential Center and within a 25 minute walk to Fenway Park. You can also pick up the trolley right outside the front door. It's very clean and guests are given complimentary Keurig coffee, bottles of water and USA Today newspapers. The beds are very comfortable too. I would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Boston.

I stayed here on a business trip for just one night; I didn't have much of a chance to evaluate the overall hotel experience. My room was spacious enough with a comfortable bed and enough power outlets to charge my devices. Though it was next to the elevators I had no issues with elevator noise. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The price was reasonable. The real shining star was the location, of course. Walking distance from everything and anything, including the Hynes convention center, restaurants, and convenience stores/pharmacies, not to mention the T station. As others have mentioned, a vending machine or little convenience store in the hotel would have been nice for necessities, but I was able to get what I needed with a short walk to a neighborhood store. Not enough of an issue to ding them on, especially on a business trip.

Stayed at hotel while attending a convention. Location of hotel as great, walking distance to amenities and close to transit. My stay was during a snow storm and the hotel lacked basic services that I expect in a hotel. Other than the restaurant ($6 for a coffee), there is no where to buy food. A vending machine with snacks and drinks or a small shop area would be wonderful for guests. I stayed in the 9th floor and found it loud. I could hear every conversation in the hallway. I checked multiple times to ensure my door was closed (it was). The doors do not block sound well and would be troublesome for anyone that is a light sleeper
