Customer Service At Its Finest
The Doorman Norman Maines was very kind, and accommodating. He is the true example of customer service at its finest. When I walked in to the Colonnade Hotel, I felt this love instantly when Norman greeted me. Its always the first impression you get from someone that matters and this awesome individual's heart met you at the door. I was extremely impressed by the level of service and professionalism at The Colonnade. Aidan at the front desk was particularly helpful as was Mike. And the team at the pool bar were great.

Thank you to Norman, who made my stay amazing!
I was in town for a business event surrounding the World Cup Quarterfinals. I'm leaving this review specifically highlighting the hospitality of Norman who greeted me at the front door. He made sure I had a cold water when I came in from the heat, helped with my bags, plus had a kind word and remembered my name every time I saw him. My stay as a whole was great. I travel for work and I'm generally pleased with the service I receive in most places. I rarely take the time to leave reviews like this, but Norman made the experience memorable and deserves to get any recognition available!

WONDERFUL
We did a mother-daughter-granddaughter staycation here and it was amazing. One of the few places in Boston with an outdoor pool and perfect on a warm day. Both the front desk and pool staff were friendly and super helpful. Aiden at the front desk was able to get us an upgrade to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Will definitely be back!
