Best Boston trip
The staff at the colonnade was incredible. We would wake up every morning to Norman in the lobby giving us great local information of the city and restaurants to go to. At nite we would end up at the bar and have craft cocktails from Jackie! Colonnade is a perfect location to walk to Fenway, Newberry, freedom trail and the north end. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The roof top pool separates itself from the other hotels

Great location hotel
Really nice hotel with a nice atmosphere and excellent location. The rooms are above average size wise and although the bathroom was a little dated the room was well kept and clean. The staff at check-in were exceptional and we had a great overall experience.

Great hotel. It just has everything you need at a reasonable price.
This was just a great hotel: reasonable prices, wonderful service, and very nice, clean rooms. I have to say, the breakfast place at the bottom was awesome. The elevators are easy to access. You don't have to keep showing your key every time you use your key just to get on, and they're always available. The location is great. I would stay here absolutely 100% again.

Great place to rest after a day of exploring!
The Colonnade was a great property. The location was close to mass transit, food and shopping. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the snack room each morning. Would stay again if we are in the area.

The Best Hotel in Back Bay That Is Also Kind to Dogs
We were so pleased to stary at a first-class hotel in well-located Back Bay that allows dogs - and they don't charge extra for them. Ther rooms were clean and the service was excellent. And there is the Boston Duck Tours attraction just one block away. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this hotel.
