LOVE the Colonnade!
We had such a wonderful experience at The Colonnade! We originally planned to stay for two nights but enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for a third. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team went above and beyond throughout our stay especially helping us to extend it by an evening without changing rooms, and Norman was fantastic and made us feel so well taken care of and special. The amenities were also incredibly thoughtful. The snack room was such a nice touch, especially during the middle of a hot Boston summer. Having easy access to cold drinks, WATER, and snacks when coming and going throughout the day was much appreciated. The rooftop pool is phenomenal - such a unique amenity for a Boston hotel! The location is fantastic, the Prudential greenline T station is right outside and made it an easy trek to the aquarium and science museum. The warmth of the staff is really what made our stay memorable -extending our trip by an extra night probably says it best. We would absolutely stay at The Colonnade again!

Preferred double room,good size for a city,great comfortable beds…immaculately clean.Nice rooftop pool with bar giving beautiful views over the city and towards the Bay Area.Prudential centre just over the road for restaurants and shopping and trip to the viewing floor (worth a look).Easy walk to Fenway Park.Subway station conveniently 100 yards from front door.Restaurant on site was excellent with 20% off for hotel occupants .All staff,check in,bar ,housekeeping were a credit to the hotel.Loved it.

Delightful hotel, superb staff
I really loved this hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean, with nice thoughtful touches. The location is superb and I felt very safe. Great transport links. The pool was a major bonus! Highly recommend
