The Colonnade Hotel

Having traveled regularly from the UK to the USA over the last 4 decades, I can confidentially say that the Team @COLONNADE BOSTON MA have set a benchmark that I will measure all hotels against, should I stay at another hotel in another State, as I will only stay on the Colonnade during any future visits to Boston MA. My Wife and I spent 4 nights at the Colonnade while attending our Daughters Graduation from Harvard, and we had the best stay ever. We received a sincere, warm and professional welcome from Aidan at the desk who took us through the customary logistics when onboarding into a hotel. Our room was really pleasant and stacked with complementary teas, coffees, water and snacks.

The standard throughout the Colonnade is really high with a well equipped gym and rooftop swimming pool and bar to enjoy. Norman ‘the king of the foyer’ was on hand to ensure that we were made to feel ‘right at home’ and was really helpful and welcoming. Lily was also on hand at the main reception and could not do enough for us.
 I remember speaking to a lady called Jackie who was a member of the the room replenishment team, she was ever so polite and helpful.

The team at Lucie’s restaurant is led by the amazing Lisa who was ‘second to none’ in her welcoming and professionalism. Mikah and Kelly were also very professional as a part for the ‘front’ of house’ team. 
The food at Lucie’s restaurant is delicious made even more special by Lisa and the team who’s service was consistently impeccable. I am trying to find a fault with the Colonnade and Lucie’s, but I cannot name one. One observation is that you can tell that the Colonnade and Lucie’s are ‘family-owned’ as the above named persons act like partners to the business and as such are internally invested in ensuring that my Wife and I had great stay and that we enjoyed our meals. We were not disappointed and I can highly recommend the Colonnade and its sister restaurant Lucie to all.
You will not be disappointed.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than The Colonnade. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The parking garage is great because your car is safe and it is very convenient because you can take your car out whenever you want and bring it back no problem. LUCIE (the restaraunt inside of the hotel) has phenomenal food and also very friendly staff. The hotel is very close to many different stores, restaurants and only a short walk to Fenway Park. The rooms are very clean and you feel at home. I highly recommend to stay here on your next visit!

Wonderful hotel. It is in a great location, very clean, rooms are comfortable and the service is top tier. Great amenities! Norman made sure we had everything we needed, provided us with directions and offered an umbrella when the weather took a turn. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Boston area.

Amazing experience & highly recommend for anyone thinking of staying. Centrally located in a very trendy, walkable and fun part of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time as the room was spotless, had a nice view & very welcoming staff,. They also made the celebration of a milestone birthday very memorable.

The hostel is very quiet. Lifts work perfectly. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Always helpful
