Nice room - great customer service
Hotel was solid, Aidan was great. We got there really early, he helped check our bags in and told us he would call and text once a room opened up. We walked the Freedom Trail and then got his call so we checked in several hours early. Thank you Aidan!

FANTASTIC stay at The Colonnade Hotel, Boston
Just returned from a 5 night stay at the hotel (checked out Aug 21st). Can’t say enough about the staff. HUGE shout out to Mike V and Sandy who gave us great advice. The doormen and other staff were also excellent. They have an area when they provide complimentary drinks (coffee and water), treats and fruit. The location is fantastic - the Green line exit is right outside the hotel. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Another amazing stay
I am so happy to have just returned from another amazing stay at The Colonnade Hotel. It has been a favorite of mine for years, I first stayed here in 2001 and have returned many, many times since. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, warm and sophisticated but the team is truly the heart of the operation. They are incredibly professional, genuinely welcoming and always willing to go above and beyond to make every stay special. This time, we stayed for four nights while celebrating my BFF’s 50th birthday and attending a concert at Fenway, so the location really couldn’t have been better. The rooftop pool is such a hidden gem in the middle of the city, and we absolutely loved spending time there. It really adds something special to a summer stay in Boston. What impresses me most is how The Colonnade has managed to maintain such consistently high standards and such a personal level of service over so many years. The management team and the entire staff are clearly doing a fantastic job. We absolutely loved our stay and, as always, I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great Staff
Adam Mike and Sandy at the front desk were great. Friendly and very accommodating. It’s nice to see a hotel that still has a great staff. Rooms were clean and very quiet. The bellman was on top of his game and we enjoyed the roof top pool and bar. Definitely stay here again
