Two stand out
The highlight of my multiples stays are the staff at The Colonnade. Many are friendly and professional... but two stand out for me. Badr and Deneke go the extra mile and ensure I feel welcome and well taken care of. They make me smile when I enter and leave the hotel. Very special.

Norman is a gem
Norman is absolutely wonderful! He goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcome and taken care of. I come quarterly for work and he remembers me every time.

Norman, the thoughtful Colonnade doorman and Cameron the helpful cab driver
Norman, the doorman at The Colonnade Hotel in Boston Massachusetts was extraordinarily thoughtful. Norman suggested we take a cab to the airport for a smoother time transition than taking the T and transfers. Norman ordered our cab to arrive at 10:40 am and the cab was promptly. Then Norman placed our bags in the cab and introduced us to Cameron, #1822, from Hackney Taxi Service. On the way, we discussed with Cameron how my prescription glasses had been left in a cab 4 days earlier. Cameron got all the needed information to contact that cab and we thanked him for helping us locate them. Cameron talked with that cab driver and found the glasses were there. He then called us to say he would get them and send them to our home!! We were overjoyed with this care from Cameron and for Norman setting us up with this thoughtful cab service!!!
