I stayed at the hotel on 7/19 for one night to just relax and getaway from the usual. The colonnade was the perfect choice especially since it was a HOT day and I had the rooftop pool... The checking service was great and Chanel was very friendly and helpful with the places to eat and see... Thank you so much and I should be visiting soon

I recently had the luxury of visiting the only rooftop pool in the city and loved it! From the service, the food and the incredible atmosphere, it was amazing. The nice front desk woman Keelyn showed us spring before we headed to the roof deck. We ha a blast and I'm planning on going back!

Also you cant beat the rooftop pool, which has amazing views of the city both during the day and at night!! I will be definitely be back again to enjoy the pool for the day!! If you go you must try the rose frozen drink, its perfect for a hot summer day!

Stayed here recently during a trip to visit family. Everything from Check-in to relaxing at the Rooftop Pool was easy and enjoyable. Big thanks to Ryan B. and his staff for being so eager to please. Will visit again soon!

I stayed in this hotel for more than a week. When the room's cleaned each day, sometimes it's clean and sometimes there's random hair that's not mine is left in the bathroom sink/tub (I have long black hair and there was once brown hair on the toilet). Finally I made the first complain to the front desk, I was told they'll make sure the room is cleaned next day. When I came back from work the next day, there's still hair in the bathroom! (I actually cleaned the sink myself on purpose, and came back discovered some random hair is left in the sink). So I called the front desk again explaining the situation, the answer I got was: you've been staying in the hotel for almost a week, I can't imagine who's hair it can be?!" What do you say to this? first of all, it's not my hair, even it is, shouldn't it have been cleaned if the room is served! God knows how they "clean" the room?!
