The staff at from desk were super kind and helpful but housekeeping was awful. They would only make the beds but wouldn’t vacuum the room or clean the bathroom. I had never been in a hotel where they didn’t polish or clean the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Location was great and walking distance to many attractions but dirty rooms.

Cleaning service was terrible, crumbs left in floor and toilet was not cleaned. Family of 4, we stayed 4 nights for France/Norway World Cup game, room was so small we couldn’t even open our closet door as it hit the 2nd bed. Room shouldn’t have been advertised for sleeping 4, we paid a lot of money but was one of the most uncomfortable stays we have ever had at a hotel.

This was a lovely hotel, the bar area was really nice. The food was good if not a bit pricey. The beds were really comfy and the hotel was in a really good location

Perfectly located to be walkable to any point in central Boston. Excellent rooms. Professional staff. Strangely, the bar / restaurant closed at 10pm. People returning from the stadium after the Scotland Morocco game were unable to obtain anything to eat or drink unless retired to their rooms and ordered room service. Surely during such an event as the World Cup bar hours should have been extended. Otherwise top stay.

Best hotel in Boston! Fantastic location, fair prices, incredibly comfortable beds, very clean too. But the absolute best part of this hotel are its people. The staff at the colonnade are AMAZING! They literally take time to get know you, may even know your name when you walk in. Multiple associates stand out - EVERYONE at the front desk, the entire bell stand, Charlotte up at the pool (folks they have an incredible rooftop patio AND pool!!!), and Yohan in reservations. I travel to Boston regularly, I love that I can walk into this hotel for several years now and am greeted by so many familiar faces, the Colonnade is the only place to stay. Btw love the book cart up by the pool and the addition of the free snacks and drinks off of the lobby (I know that was a couple of years ago now but I think it’s just a great touch!).
