Norman and other staff persons at the Bell Stand and front desk were very kind, professional and considerate. My stay was a perfect one because of them. I would most definately stay there again. Yes!!

Recently stayed here for a conference. Excellent location, parking garage on-site, spacious, cozy rooms. Brasserie JO on site has tasty French treats in a retro setting. Best of all was the special service when I needed help—I left a bag in my room. John in housekeeping offered to make the trip to the post office to send it back to me, no hassle. I felt like my needs mattered; that’s old-school service, the way it should be. Kudos to John for going the extra mile to make my day better!

I love the location of the Colonnade Hotel in Boston. I enjoy the shops at The Prudential Center and Back Bay has so many restaurants it's actually hard to choose! Parking is easy but expensive (as is all parking in Boston). Brasserie Jo's is great, but there are many other options within walking distance, so if you can get out - explore! This hotel will take great care of you!

This hotel's charm, location, service, and room features were just what I needed after a long day of travel and work. I slept soundly despite the proximity to so many potential sources of noise -- from the traffic to the ball field. Shopping galore is just across the street. Parking is easy and attaches right to the hotel, so you won't get wet on the way in. Everyone was helpful and the service was spectacular. Conference space, business office, and fitness center were all in top condition.

We recently stayed here as the final stop on our honeymoon the hotel is centrally located, as one of the more upscale hotels. Check in was simple and easy, the front of house staff were very accommodating and friendly. Upon entering our room during our stay we had received a bottle of champagne cheese and fruits with some sparkling water and a note wishing us the best on our marriage and thanking us for choosing the hotel to stay during our honeymoon, this was a very nice touch as nothing like this was done at the other hotels we stayed at during our honeymoon. The room was large very clean and had a good view of backbay. The hotel also does the little touches well too leaving a newspaper every morning outside the door and fresh bottles of water in the room everyday, included in the room is a keurig coffee machine which is topped up daily providing a nice coffee should you need it. The price was very competitive and we would definitely highly recommend it to anyone staying in boston.
