The greatness of Boston is the historic buildings! The Colonnade is one of them, especially with the restaurant exuding the magic charm. Great location for a visit to Boston. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are good size and the bed is great quality. We had several business meetings, with 20 to 40 people attending, which worked well. Coffee Breaks and lunch were tasty and well presented. Highly recommend both for business and private stays.

the hotel was very clean and quiet after NEW YORK the staff on the door and reception where very friendly --both NORMAN & DENEKE COULD NOT DO ENOUGH for us so much so that they did not want us leave --they helped us our cases when we arrived also advice on where to eat and places to see---had our cases delivered to our rooms and helped us when we where leaving---Norman fell in love my wife and said-- I could go home but she must stay---the two of them made us feel like one of the family--I would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay if in BOSTON

My room was small and nothing special. The cost? $512 per night. Soundproofing was horrible and I could hear every conversation of people walking by in the hallway clearly, could hear music from a room across the hall two doors down with both doors closed and could even hear my neighbor going to the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was expensive ($20) and nothing special. I will not go back.

I recently visited the colonnade for three days for a business trip. During my visit my computer malfunctioned and I required a hard wire cable. The engineering department went above and beyond and was able to provide me with a hard line cable and I was able to have my Helpdesk dial-in and straighten out my computer issue. Needless to say I'm very happy with the customer service provided at this hotel

We stayed here for a few nights in March. Unfortunately it was so cold and snowing, we didn't have a lot of opportunity to explore our first time in Boston, but this hotel was in a really great location. The hotel itself was nice, as was our room, and the staff was friendly upon check-in. The problem we ran into was the people next door to us were so loud, it was a man and woman who were literally yelling and screaming at each other. It took forever for the security to sort it out and finally get rid of them after letting them off with numerous warnings, it really disrupted our sleep for our last night there.
