We would most certainly stay again and recommend any one do so
We were in Boston to celebrate 7/4. We picked the hotel because of it's proximities to friends. The location is perfect. Right in the Back Bay and close to everything. The room was clean and the staff, in two separate instances, went above and beyond any expectation I had as they helped us with problems we created. I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Boston

Perfect location for our stay
Our stay at the Colonnade was excellent for a few reasons. Location was the primary reason for our choice and proved to be perfect for our stay. Having the Green Line right outside the door, and to be walking distance to shopping at Copley and the Prudential Center was so convenient. Add to this the rooms were extremely comfortable, and the front desk staff was pleasant on multiple occasions, I would certainly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Worst restaurant manager. She may have had problems, but you don’t act like that to your customers.
For my review, read my title it actually sums everything up. On a positive note, Norman is one of the best people I have met working in a hotel in a long, long, long time

WONDERFUL HOTEL
We stay at this hotel at least once a year. Rachael was so helpful in making our reservation. Aiden at the front desk found us a perfect room based on our requests. Our housekeeper,Ada D, made sure our room was thoroughly cleaned each day. We were pleasantly surprised when each doorman greeted us by our name and welcomed us back. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The Rooftop pool is a main attraction for us( especially on the very hot days), but is very crowded and seats are taken early in the AM. We look forward to our next stay at The Colonnade Hotel !!!

Thanks Norman!
I really appreciate Norman's kind and calm contribution to my stay. He was always so friendly and welcoming. He also gave me a towel and water when I returned to the hotel after a hot run. That was very considerate, and his kindness shows all the time. In the room, I do wish the bathroom doors weren't French, but one door. I also disliked that there was not a fan/vent in the bathroom. The pool and menu were nice, and I enjoyed the bed and in room coffee amenities. The resturant downstairs felt a little too pricy.
