Great Staff
Adam Mike and Sandy at the front desk were great. Friendly and very accommodating. It’s nice to see a hotel that still has a great staff. Rooms were clean and very quiet. The bellman was on top of his game and we enjoyed the roof top pool and bar. Definitely stay here again

Excellent accommodation in walking distance to the Museum of Fine Art.
The Colonnade Hotel is a great place to stay, with friendly staff and excellent accommodations. The roof top pool with a lifeguard, bar and menu is an added treat! The hotel is close to the Museum of Fine Art where we attended a French Film Festival. We have stayed there in the past and will be staying there again this month. The restaurant has a great menu, and we eat breakfast and dinners there when staying at the Colonnade Hotel.

Customer Service At Its Finest
The Doorman Norman Maines was very kind, and accommodating. He is the true example of customer service at its finest. When I walked in to the Colonnade Hotel, I felt this love instantly when Norman greeted me. Its always the first impression you get from someone that matters and this awesome individual's heart met you at the door.
