Highly Recommend, Stayed Here for College Move Out
I really appreciate that the room was well maintained and everything was working. I really appreciated that the room had a good mini fridge, drawers for our clothes, good lighting, robes, and daily housekeeping provided automatically without needing to specially request it. The room, gym, and lobby were spotlessly clean. Sadly, these are all things that too frequently have gone by the wayside in reasonably priced hotels ever since COVID. I also so appreciated the availability of unlimited complimentary bottled water in the guest cafe. These features along with excellent service made The Colonnade stand out, and I will stay here again despite the fact that I usually lean towards Hilton for their points program.

The Colonnade - First Class Experience, All The Way!!!
This was probably on of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had, throughout our travels internationally. Aiden was outstanding, at the front desk, as he was incredibly kind and helpful! The cleaning staff did an impeccable job keeping our room clean and well-stocked throughout our week-long stay. We stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view of downtown Boston. The room was wonderful! Even though this hotel has been in existence for many years, it has been so well maintained and updated. The restaurant was amazing, too. The food, service and staff were top-notch. If you have the opportunity, I would not think twice about staying at the Colonnade!

DO NOT STAY HERE - NOT LUXURY NOT GOOD
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Firstly, this is NOT a luxury hotel. There is nothing luxurious about it. It’s actually essentially like a Holiday Inn but just covered up with marketing to make it look like a nice hotel. Secondly, they will withhold charge information on your room. I checked out and was charged 104.00 for “resort fees” and the pool isn’t even open and I didn’t even use the amenities… insane. Do not stay here. Trust me. Oh, and the food from the restaurant next door is horrible. 1/10 experience.
