Always a reliable and pet friendly location
Always a reliable and pet friendly location that we like to stay at in Boston. We are treated nicely by staff and enjoy the accommodations. The location is great. The prices are decent. Parking is kind of expensive but I get it… we will be back again i am sure.

BEST CHECKIN / CHECK OUT
We chose the Colonnade Hotel for a one-night stay because our event was in the ballroom. Usually, we stay at the giant Marriott down the street. I was very happy with the Colonnade. I SUPER APPRECIATE the early check in and late check out options. We entered our room at 1 PM and left 25 hours later at 2 PM. That was so incredibly helpful for our planning and our quick trip. I think more hotels should offer this but I will definitely stay again and I will definitely recommend to people on basis of the checkin / out .

Good hotel and location
Great location, all the hotel staff we came into contact with were very professional and helpful. Norman, the doorman, always greets you with a smile and warm welcome, along with the front desk staff. Rooms are modern, comfortable and well serviced. Shame the rooftop pool was not yet open (seasonal) as that would have been a nice place to chill and admire the view. Only possible negative was the quality of the wait staff in Lucie (hotel restaurant) as service was slow and we also had to ask for things several times. Apart from that, we would highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay, and thoroughly enjoyed Boston as a city

AMAZING!! Best experience
We had the best experience last weekend staying at the Colonnade. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and spacious which was great for our family. Lastly, the location is perfect. We walked over to Fenway for a Red Sox game and had so many choices for restaurants that were near us.
