We stayed on the Concierge level which included access to a private area for snacks, drinks and breakfast every day. WE enjoyed this area because it was great not having to leave the hotel to go find breakfast. The hotel itself, is historical and gorgeous. You feel like you are in a castle! The details are intricate and ornate. Very beautiful. We were upgraded to a bigger room because our room wasn't ready. We were so pleased! Plenty of space and great bathroom! The room was very well furnished. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions (Duck Tour, Prudential Center and Top of the Hub). Would definitely love to go back!

The hotel was beautiful and it's history is palpable! Staff was attentive and professional. All of the Room service menu options I chose were delicious, but expensive. The location was perfect! Close to starbucks, CVS , dining/shopping. Hope to have the opportunity to come back to Boston and will definitely stay here again! Only complaint is the lack of closet/hangers for clothing.

Everything was lovely! We stayed in a king studio and it was plenty of space. All the staff we interacted with was extremely helpful. I love the dog in the lobby it was a great touch. The bathroom amenities smell great.

As a historic building, they get 5 stars. As a 5 Star rated hotel, not so much. I understand it’s an old building but more could be done with the mattresses and pillows. Hard mattress, flat pillows. It was not a comfortable rest. On top of that, just couldn’t cool the room down. It was cold outside but so warm inside it was smothering. Front desk, room service and concierge were excellent and friendly.
