Fairmont Copley Plaza

Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Kevin, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and truly elevated our experience. Ben was equally fantastic. He always greeted us with a big smile and was ready to provide directions or assistance whenever we needed it. His positive attitude added so much to our stay. We also want to recognize Gilbert, who managed the kitchen and service operations seamlessly. He was incredibly friendly, clearly passionate about his work, and ensured everything ran smoothly. His dedication did not go unnoticed. The housekeeping team was excellent, and the turndown service was a wonderful touch. A special thank you to Amy, who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing evening. The Fairmont Hotel is, without question, one of the best places we have ever stayed. The level of service in every department was exceptional, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location could not be better. If you're looking for the best overall service, luxurious accommodations, and a truly memorable experience, look no further than the Fairmont. We will definitely be coming back. As usual, it was a pleasure staying at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful without exception, nothing is too much to ask. The room was very quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed and soothing color scheme. The hotel has the best location in Boston, everything is within walking distance. Looking forward to my next visit.

I can't begin to put into words how special this hotel is to our family. We have been staying here at least once a year for about ten years, and we always stay on the Gold level. The entire staff there are simply the most wonderful people. I'm afraid to start naming names for fear of leaving someone out, but I especially want to recognize Leandro, Khadija, Oliver, Kevin, and Gilbert. At Christmas, the hotel glows from top to bottom with festive cheer. The Gold Lounge is such a welcoming place to spend a cold Boston day, hanging out and playing board games when you don't feel like venturing outside. The rooms are comfortable and charming—truly old-world elegance with modern touches. Recently, we have found ourselves staying more often because of a health issue, and it has been incredibly comforting to be surrounded by such a lovely group of genuinely caring people. The Gold Lounge staff has truly been there for our family during a very difficult time, and that kindness has meant more to us than they probably realize. Walking through the gorgeous lobby and seeing sweet Cori Copley makes everyone smile. After all these years, the Fairmont Copley Plaza truly feels like our home away from home whenever we're in Boston. If I had to make one tiny, nitpicky complaint, it would be that I still miss the Le Labo Rose 31 signature scent!

Elegant Boston landmark with impeccable service. The Fairmont Copley Plaza combines historic charm with modern comfort—beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, and a prime location steps from Copley Square, the Public Library, and Newbury Street. Staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Boston!

I honestly am only submitting this review as I wanted to publically acknowledge/thank Taylor from the front desk. She went above and beyond, was incredibly friendly, and made me want to return to this hotel as I travel here regularly for work. Truly one of the most positive/helpful people I’ve ever met
