We had the best bartender his name was Mathew he was very attentive and awesome he remembers your name and is very kind he talked with us about where to go and have a great time we will definitely be back to see him he made our trip to fairmont memorable

Kevin was superb! I’m in the hospitality/ service industry and I always look for and expect excellent service when I travel - and Kevin’s service and willingness to please was unsurpassed. Keep up the great work - the sky is the limit! Kevin made breakfast and our stay very memorable - looking forward to a return visit.

i brought three of my grandchildren (11-14) with me to an insurance conference at the Fairmont. We were all charmed and so impressed with the elegance of this fine old hotel. In spite of its old world charm, it has ample modern conveniences and the sevice is outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the splendid breakfast offerred in the fourth floor lounge. I felt the kids were quite safe when i needed to be in my meeting for which the hotel was also well suited. I highly reccomend The Fairmont for a conference location and/or a desirable destination when visiting Boston.

Kevin helped us check in, and was very welcoming, polite, and professional. He went over and above to accommodate our specific dietary requests, and also made some local sight seeing recommendations. He was a pleasure to interact with.

Started with a lovely interaction with the valet and a seamless check in. Upon going to our room, found black fungus in the shower. Not a little, a lot. Showered photos to the front desk and after some back and forth, were able to get an adjacent room. At 11pm, there was a loud conversation outside our door with 3 staff members which woke me and my 80 y mother. I asked them what was going on and they said they were there to place a rollaway bed. No told them it was done hours ago and they disagreed saying they were there to do it. I told them there was a child sleeping in it and it was fine. They left. Next day went for breakfast and given there were a ton of people there for the soccer match but it was absolute chaos in the restaurant. A dark blonde server wearing her hair in a ponytail was loudly & angrily complaining to another woman in full view about the rush. Plenty of empty tables and nonine being seated. I asked the front desk for another place nearby and they quickly apologized and arranged for dining elsewhere. The best part is this hotel is the managers at the front desk! The rest of the stay was very nice except for the fire alarm going off which required evacuation but yhat was not their fault. Just another event in this unfortunate series…
