My Boston Favorite 5 Star!
I love a great classic luxury hotel, and Fairmont Copley Plaza delivers everything with 5 stars! The property itself is spectacular! The public spaces are reminiscent of a European luxury hotel, and the rooms equally attractive and comfortable! However it’s the service that truly stands out. Check in was quick friendly and efficient from Emmanuel. And I especially enjoyed the daily greeting from him or Ibrahim who both remembered me by name and a smile. I was also impressed by the valet and bell service from Wacguine and Erioclis (spelling?) who were always there to assist with parking and helping out with bags. I truly feel what sets hotels apart is the staff, and Fairmont Boston has it down! Thank you again for a magnificent stay!

Beautiful hotel and lovely stay in Boston
The hotel is exquisite with so much beauty to enjoy. The staff is amazing and made our trip very memorable. We were fortunate to be in the Gold Lounge and met some amazing people. The following men went above and beyond taking care of us- Kevin, Jay and Gilbert. We hope to go back again!

Excellent stay, wonderful staff
We recently stayed for one night and would highly recommend the Fairmont. The woman checking us in was lovely (thank you Taylor), the room was well appointed, the staff were friendly and the location was wonderful.

My New Home in Boston
I’m now traveling to Boston more with my youngest in a local university. After the Ritz, the Langham, and the Mandarin Oriental, I have been won over by the Fairmont Copley Plaza. Why? Because the incredible hospitality of the staff. From this point on I will be booking a Gold/Club level room to enjoy the amazing hospitality of Kevin. He runs a club lounge like a VVIP experience. I’m going through my calendar now to book dates in the future so all of my trips can have this level of service.
