Perfect place to spend a few days. We stayed for Christmas- on the gold floor. The staff definitely went the extra mile to make it special. The room was spacious and comfortable, great location. Would definitely return

Booked the hotel on Expedia and it was supposed to include free breakfast. When my family went down in the morning, we were told there was no free breakfast, even though it was clearly stated in the booking documentation. After we pushed, they gave us a small voucher, but it covered maybe half the cost of their overpriced breakfast. Just felt low class and misleading.

Hello, we brought our girls from the UK to Boston for a little, fun, history and most of family time. We arrived on Tuesday and Danielle checked us in our room was not ready, took our number and told us we would be texted when our room was ready. we we check our bags with the bellboy who thought we were checking out and stated there would be a baggage charge. We went to your restaurant and had a mediocre meal I had looked forward to having clam chowder and this was thick and pasty. My wife's salad was fantastic so I at party of hers and the little ones were fine. We got our text and I went on to reception to complete the process and Danielle was wonderful. Our room was ice cold and we called down and apologies were give however they explained the hotel could either have heat or air and it was a warm day where air conditioning was needed. The sent up extra blankets but we were still cold. The weather levelled off day two and we were find the remainder of the stay. First for breakfast in your dining room. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for a table for breakfast it took 55 minutes for breakfast. This was atrocious here were were sitiing and wasting the day when we should be out and about. Our service man was frustrated and the manager came over several times to apologize and made sure we had update regarding our breakfast timing. Well 55 minimutes later a gentleman in a suit delievered our breast stated he personally wanted to deliver it since it took so long. We didn't understand that 55 minutes late is still in could have been your president and it still is late. The young lady manager stopped by again and offered to give us complimentary breakfast. We told her it didn't do no good since breakfast was included with our travel rates. She excused herself and came back a few minutes and told us. She was taking care of our breakfast this morning and our $80 credit could be used for lunch or dinner on the same day. That was wonderful as no one else offered a solution of benefit. The manager Denise then brought over the tablet scheduled out dinner reservation (we asked if we could have the same table and she said abosolutly. It may not this particulary table but you had four of them and anyone would suffice). She then made our breakfast reservations for the next four days as well as dinner reservations for us for an additional two evenings. She reserved us in time slots which were convenient and where we could get in and out quickly. We never had any further dining issues or hotel issues. Each day she would ask about extra towels, blanket and my wife liked the imperial tea which was not in our guest room so so she sent us away with imperial tea and honey each day. Denise was kind enough to make sure we had boxes of water before heading out and gave the girls food for the big star of your hotel Corie who we all adore. Our girls LOVED CORIE and each day they got a gew pellets of dog food to visit and feed Corie. And get lots of Corie kisses. We departed on Sunday and didn't get to say a proper good bye. Cheers to our maintenance man Coco who assisted us with heart twice and lovely Niki in front services who assisted us many time during our time with you! More Date of stay: April 2026
