Fairmont Copley Plaza

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston for a week. We were in the city for her surgery, and we stayed at the hotel so she could rest and recover afterward. I can’t thank the staff at the Copley enough. From the moment Cornelius greeted us when we arrived, to Danielle who checked us in and ensured all our amenities were met, the service was outstanding. Helen at the Oak Long Bar + Kitchen made sure we had the perfect seat to enjoy our meal and tea and never rushed us. Alison, the kind concierge, even arranged a backup ride to the hospital during the Boston snowstorm, which gave us such peace of mind. When we returned to our room, we found complimentary snacks waiting to help my daughter rest. There were many other kind souls who helped make our week as comfortable as possible. Thank you to the staff at the Fairmont Copley Plaza - truly a first-class hotel with some of the best customer service we’ve experienced.

We hosted a 275-person nonprofit gala, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The event had a tight turnaround time and the Fairmont team remained patient, flexible, and collaborative with us throughout the entire planning process. As a planner, I can honestly say they made the night-of execution a breeze. I cannot thank Ashley, Mariana, and Kathleen enough for their work to make sure our event went off without a hitch.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Emmanuel. After a long drive from Montreal, we arrived pretty tired, but Emmanuel immediately lifted our spirits with his incredible energy and warm welcome. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel genuinely valued and taken care of. He even treated us, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It really set the tone for our entire stay. His customer service was exceptional — professional, attentive, and full of positive energy. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great guest experience. Our Gold Floor room was spacious and spotless! Concierge was professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was spectacular. The only suggestion would be a warmer, heavier blanket during the winter months.
