During our event in June, Lyndsay Picciano provided exceptional support. Her responsiveness and coordination were outstanding, and she made the entire experience delightful!

We just had a business retreat at the Fairmont. Lyndsay curated an amazing event! She helped select the breakfast and lunch, which was enjoyed by everyone. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions and requests, and made everything really easy. Apparently “no” is not a word she ever uses. All the staff at the Fairmont are terrific. It is such a beautiful hotel so conveniently located. Thank you, everyone!

Disappointing Stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza – Overpriced and Outdated I recently stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston and left feeling thoroughly disappointed. While the hotel’s exterior and historic lobby give the impression of luxury, the actual room experience was far from it. The room itself was extremely dated—worn furniture, old carpeting with noticeable stains, and a shower curtain that had visible discoloration. It didn’t feel clean or well-maintained, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. To make matters worse, the mini fridge in the room wasn’t working, which was a real inconvenience. The in-room dining and hotel restaurant menu prices were also shockingly expensive for what was offered, making it difficult to justify even the basics like a snack or coffee. For what guests are paying per night, these added costs felt excessive and out of touch. The one bright spot was the staff—everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the condition of the room and overall lack of comfort. I ended up checking out early because the stay simply wasn’t worth it. I would not recommend the Fairmont Copley until they undergo serious renovations and reevaluate their pricing. Boston offers many other beautiful and better-maintained hotels for a far more reasonable value.

The Fairmont Copley Gold Floor is a mini 5 star hotel within the hotel itself. While there my 12 year old son was treated to all of the normal fineries the Gold Floor offers, but he also was treated exceptionally well by the concierges, Kevin and Leandro. Each day they would ask what our itinerary was and would find new and exciting things for him to eat or try. Kevin even went as far as to talk to my son about school and his interests. These small things made our trip special and memorable. We also appreciated the early morning help with packing and loading our vehicle. Cornelius was extremely helpful and kind. All in all our trip was a 5 star experience and we can’t wait to return!

We just completed a stay at the fairmont copley plaza for the July 4 fireworks. The hotel is gorgeous. Service fantastic. The concierge, Vicky, goes way above and beyond. You must work with her for anything you need help with. Invaluable.
