Fairmont Copley Plaza

Our first visit to the Boston area. Staying at the Fairmont was a great choice. A historically old, beautiful charming hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small, but that enhances its heritage. Beautiful decor. I highly recommend the valet parking as there is very little street parking.

I have been coming to the Boston Fairmont Copley for the past 15 years to attend an educational conference. It is the highlight of the fall season. Boston is a wonderful place in the fall. The Fairmont Copley is centrally located and at the heart of innumerable restaurants and activities. I look forward to returning each year. The entire staff from management to the front desk to housekeeping and valet parking are all engaging pleasant and professional. And nothing beats the wagging tail of the Fairmont Copley black lab who greets guests on a daily basis.

I travel to Boston a lot for business, and I ALWAYS stay at the Fairmont. It is a comfortable, beautiful hotel, with great service, great location, and lovely rooms. The gym is good, the food is good (OMG that bread and honey butter is divine), and Cori the hotel dog is adorable (if stand-offish, which I'd be too if I got pet by as many people in one day as she does). I really look forward to my time at the Fairmont.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful, helpful staff and a black lab to greet us! Large, lovely room. Beautiful bathroom, fluffy towels. Comfortable bed, coffee in the room and even a window seat.

We spent four wonderful nights at this opulent hotel with decorative old style and modern charm in every corner. The rooms were spacious and beautifully ornate but comfortable. The OAK bar was similarly grand and getting a chair at the bar is a challenge but worth it once achieved. The hotel is in a great location accessible to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The metro is also very short walking distance away.
