We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Luxurious lobby, exceptional service levels from everyone, well-appointed, clean, comfortable rooms, classy gold floor lounge. We felt pampered and well cared for. We stayed in a king gold signature room, and booking this category was well worth it. I booked through AMEX FHR program, so we had the option of having breakfast in the restaurant, lounge, or room service. We did room service once, which was delivered right on time, wonderful and convenient. Enjoyed breakfast in the lounge the other two days, with a decent selection, including gluten free bread and pancakes upon request. We especially loved the classy blue glass bottles of water provided by the lounge. Our room was very spacious and quiet, and contained a Nespresso machine and hot water kettle, with a nice selection of coffee pods and tea bags. There was a welcome amenity of a generous selection of fruit, which was much appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was rather narrow and water pressure was not the greatest, but it was not a big issue. I am picky about cleanliness, and the entire room, bathroom and common areas were very clean. My teenage daughter's favorite part of the hotel was "Cori Copley," the hotel's animal companion. Cori hung out in the lobby, and is clearly well cared for. She did not seem to too interested in attention from guests during our stay, but she patiently put up with being pet while she lounged in her doggie bed. The Fairmont Copley Plaza was very conveniently located, provided a seamless, luxurious and comfortable stay, and the value was definitely worth the cost. I highly recommend this property!

A grand Boston classic that delivers on charm, warmth, and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond....genuinely friendly, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. I was treated to a lovely upgrade into a spacious room, which set the tone perfectly. Breakfast was wonderful and the bar? Absolutely buzzing ... the kind of spot you'd come back to even if you weren't a guest. The bed, pillows and linens were exceptionally comfortable; I slept like a dream. A few small things keep this from a perfect score: the floors and some room details show their age...chipped paint here and there, a nicked marble side table ... the shower head needed some attention. These are minor issues in the grand scheme, but worth noting for a property at this tier. That said, none of it diminishes the magic of the place. There's a nostalgic, timeless elegance to the Fairmont Copley that you simply can't manufacture. I would absolutely stay here again. I believe it will be going through a renovation soon...so can't wait to get back...it will be fabulous!

My wife and I stayed for a week and were delighted with our choice of hotel. It has been over 10 years since we last stayed and the high standards have not dropped.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston for a week. We were in the city for her surgery, and we stayed at the hotel so she could rest and recover afterward. I can’t thank the staff at the Copley enough. From the moment Cornelius greeted us when we arrived, to Danielle who checked us in and ensured all our amenities were met, the service was outstanding. Helen at the Oak Long Bar + Kitchen made sure we had the perfect seat to enjoy our meal and tea and never rushed us. Alison, the kind concierge, even arranged a backup ride to the hospital during the Boston snowstorm, which gave us such peace of mind. When we returned to our room, we found complimentary snacks waiting to help my daughter rest. There were many other kind souls who helped make our week as comfortable as possible. Thank you to the staff at the Fairmont Copley Plaza - truly a first-class hotel with some of the best customer service we’ve experienced.
