Fairmont Copley Plaza

I travel to Boston a lot for business, and I ALWAYS stay at the Fairmont. It is a comfortable, beautiful hotel, with great service, great location, and lovely rooms. The gym is good, the food is good (OMG that bread and honey butter is divine), and Cori the hotel dog is adorable (if stand-offish, which I'd be too if I got pet by as many people in one day as she does). I really look forward to my time at the Fairmont.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful, helpful staff and a black lab to greet us! Large, lovely room. Beautiful bathroom, fluffy towels. Comfortable bed, coffee in the room and even a window seat.

We spent four wonderful nights at this opulent hotel with decorative old style and modern charm in every corner. The rooms were spacious and beautifully ornate but comfortable. The OAK bar was similarly grand and getting a chair at the bar is a challenge but worth it once achieved. The hotel is in a great location accessible to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The metro is also very short walking distance away.

I’m a local and have rarely had the need to spend the night at a hotel in Boston. What a great choice the Copley was!!! I was thrilled by its old-world elegance and opulence. The hotel’s unique character is such a tangible connection to Boston’s history. The hotel has soul, unlike its modern competitors. The rooms are on the smaller side but are very well appointed and comfortable. The service was warm, friendly and very welcoming - as was the hotel’s resident dog Cori!!!!

Rather disappointing. Not up to expectations for a 4 star hotel. Rooms were 'tired' very shabbily decorated, very noisy A/C, poor shower, and not immaculately clean. Front desk were helpful but it was not great to have to complain. Breakfast expensive.
