Fairmont Copley Plaza

Loved loved loved this hotel. Because of the location primarily, i would not stay anywhere else. Opposite the Boston Library, Saks and other shops the next block down, 2 streets from Newbury Street and other fab restaurants, the Copley Sq directly infront, and a chic-fil-a and Chiptole oppsite the Sq. PERFECT. Rooms are roomy, spacious walk in closets, BATHTUBS!!! I am so not used to tubs , its difficult in europe😆. Free water, coffee and tea facilities in room and friendly cleaning staff. Lots of privacy and well built hotel as you cannot hear anything! If you do not want to walk so far as i did (its massive!) ask for a room near the elevators. Breakfast is superb, dishes are typically huge and staff are professional and friendly. A beautiful detail is having the doggy Cori run the lobby. Everyone loves him. This is a feather in the cap for the Copley hotel. I will always stay here 10/10

### A special stay because of exceptional service My family and I stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza at the beginning of August. While the rooms are a little dated and we had a few minor issues with our accommodation, what really stood out was the exceptional way the team looked after us. Kevin, Gilbert, Jay, Oliver and Khadija were all incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. Whenever there was an issue, they genuinely went above and beyond to find a solution and make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. In fact, we enjoyed our time in Boston so much that we decided to extend our stay. The hotel was incredibly busy at the time, but the team somehow found a way to make it work for us. They could not have been more accommodating. What also makes the hotel stand out, beyond the staff, is the location. For a family visiting Boston, we found it fantastic. Back Bay is a great area to explore on foot, and the hotel gave us an ideal base for walking around and experiencing both the neighbourhood and the wider city. The rooms may not have been perfect, but the service really was world class. Without the help and kindness of the team, we simply would not have had the amazing Boston experience that we did. They turned what could have been a fairly ordinary hotel stay into something genuinely special and memorable for our family. A huge thank you to Kevin, Gilbert, Jay, Oliver and Khadija in particular. They are a real credit to the hotel.

Jacqueline gave me a fantastic room after I had some not perfect experiences in the past. This time was perfect, service and quality.

Nice size spacious room, excellent location for exploring Boston. Very clean and comfortable bed. Coffee maker and water provided. Read the small print if you order from the minibar! Bathroom was small with nowhere to put anything but clean and functional. Lobby is very grand and the resident dog made a fabulous addition despite the fact that she is semi retired now so not always there. Staff were professional and efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Had I known beforehand that our room was not facing out but in the middle of the building I would have tried to change it before. Didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on that.

Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Kevin, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and truly elevated our experience. Ben was equally fantastic. He always greeted us with a big smile and was ready to provide directions or assistance whenever we needed it. His positive attitude added so much to our stay. We also want to recognize Gilbert, who managed the kitchen and service operations seamlessly. He was incredibly friendly, clearly passionate about his work, and ensured everything ran smoothly. His dedication did not go unnoticed. The housekeeping team was excellent, and the turndown service was a wonderful touch. A special thank you to Amy, who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing evening. The Fairmont Hotel is, without question, one of the best places we have ever stayed. The level of service in every department was exceptional, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location could not be better. If you're looking for the best overall service, luxurious accommodations, and a truly memorable experience, look no further than the Fairmont. We will definitely be coming back.
