Fairmont Copley Plaza

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. This was our second time staying at the property - both times were fantastic. In our most recent stay we were on the Gold floor and really enjoyed the lounge. All of the staff in the hotel is extraordinarily friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. In the Gold lounge the staff also does an amazing job with the food and drinks. The rooms are spacious and very functional. My daughters especially enjoyed the premium shower products! The location can't be beat - very, very convenient to everything. I will be staying here on all future trips to Boston - assuming availability :).

Wow wow wow. From the moment we walked through the doors. The Experience of staying at this beautiful hotel began. I and my two daughters stayed on the Gold Floor and to say we were treated like Family was brilliant so much so I have adopted Khadija ,Kevin ,Gilbert and all the other Gold staff. Our room was huge for the 3 of us the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast and the evening canopies were delicious and filling. An as for Princess Cori who was a little sweetheart. Thank you Joe for letting us have a cuddle. Hope she enjoyed her toy. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel so much. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. God bless you all x

My favorite part of staying here is fresh hot coffee delivered to our room via room service. It feels like the ultimate luxury. Staff is always polite and very responsive.

This is an historic, big city hotel in a good location for touring Boston. The rooms are attractive and decent sized. There is a frig/minibar but you cannot use it to store personal items. For the price it is missing a few items. The gym is an extra charge unless you are Fairmont Silver +. The rooms lack body lotion. Breakfast is good but the hostess is rude and fails to seat people in the order they arrive. The lobby is beautiful and front desk is well run. Overall a decent option.

I had a fantastic 2-day stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza! The staff were amazing throughout my visit — special thanks to Candra for being so helpful and making me feel truly welcomed. The Host team at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen and the bartenders provided excellent service, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a great and memorable trip!
