Fairmont Copley Plaza

We had a fantastic stay in the Fairmont Copley Plaza. From the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly, accommodating and efficient. We were staying in a King Size Deluxe room which was spacious and so comfortable. Housekeeping looked after us exceptionally well and ensured we had plenty clean towels and water. The Oak Long Bar staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a table even when it was busy in the bar. Would definitely return.

I stayed at your hotel for three days in early June while traveling to Boston for business. The entire staff—from check-in to concierge to housekeeping—welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness. When I mentioned my terrible allergies and cough to the front desk, they provided excellent directions to a nearby pharmacy and wished me well. Upon my return, I discovered they'd left tissues, chamomile tea, honey, and a handwritten note wishing me a speedy recovery. This thoughtful gesture exemplified exceptional customer service and genuine compassion. I've shared this experience with colleagues and family. Top-notch hospitality and bonus is Cori in the lobby who brings smiles to everyone ! My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and hotel is Gilded Age beauty at every turn . We spent 3 nights in a Fairmont Gold Level King Signature room. Our room on the 4th floor was very comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and spacious though the bathroom was cozy. The view of Copley Square was nice. Since we were in town for sightseeing, we found the hotel’s location great for our purposes. The Gold Lounge included a decent breakfast selection, all-day honor bar and evening canapés and cookies. Food was tasty. Valet parking was efficient. The gym on the top floor has a good selection if equipment. Note: the hotel surprisingly lacks a spa, gift shop and grab & go cafe. I would stay here again.

We hosted an event on Thursday June 4th at the Fairmont Copley Plaza and Vinit Singh went above and beyond to help us out! Our gala was at 6pm and there was an event in the afternoon of the same room. Vinit helped turn over the room quickly, even taking off his jacker and literally rolling up his shirtsleeves at one point to set up tables and put on tablecloths. He also was grace under pressure with all of the questions we were asking him as well as items we were requesting - somehow made it all happen with an amazing can-do attitude and smile. We are so grateful that he was working our event - we truly could not have done it without him!

We booked a last minute room for our anniversary and the staff made our quick trip so special. The woman at the front desk upgraded us and sent champagne which was so kind. Kevin in the gold club (?) is an absolute gem. He made our trip so special and is the reason we will return to this hotel and book a room on the gold floor.
