Top to bottom, I greatly enjoyed my recent stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and professional service that one of the concierges, Mr. Lloyd, provided me. He was always eager to help!

My husband, Alan, and I spent the weekend at the Fairmont Copley. It was fabulous. The Concierge recommended Grill 23, a great restaurant, for dinner. We loved it. Everyone at the Fairmont Copley was so gracious and helpful! If you are ever in Boston, stay at the Fairmont Copley!

We've always heard about how great Fairmont is and this time visiting Boston, we finally came to see how it lives up to the reputation. Gorgeous hotel, love the opulent lobby with fresh flowers, and we heard this hotel has lovely history. Comfy bed and amazing decor, bathroom is quite basic though. Service is really good and helpful. The lobby seems to be always crowded with checkin guests during the day but luckily we met Tin at the the front desk, he smoothly walked we through the check-in with no hassles. Highly recommend you to visit the OAK Bar and kitchen, try to look for Greg, he's a very good bartender, will surprise you!

We love staying at the Fairmont Copley when travelling through Boston. The hotel and rooms take you back to earlier times. There is a lovely history to them without being "old" and dated. The service is very good. On our latest visit our room wasn't ready at check in time and we seemed to wait for quite a while in the lobby. When they still weren't ready the front desk staff took care of us very well and sent us to the restaurant for an appetizer on them. A very meaningful gesture. Will definitely keep on returning.
