Sorry it has been a while i thought i posted a review but i think that was for the hotel, everyplace i have been that has Fairmont Hotels you continue to impress me with absolutely beautiful hotels, I requested and got a room upgrade the staff was superb, and very helpful. From the Valet, bell captain, Front Desk, The club to concierge and management, you will be blown away with this staff/hotel. The restaurant is cozy with delicious food, and the wait staff is very courteous and polite. The view of Copley Square is awesome and i cant wait to go back.

5 diamond ambiance from the curbside (John the Valet and resident expert of all things Boston), to the front desk (Olivia), to the canine greeter (a laid-back black lab named Carly), this beautifully renovated hotel will not disappoint. The pics of the lobby cannot capture the poor class this place exudes. This "dame" will steal your heart.

Visited Boston a week ago and stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for 4 days to celebrate 20th wedding anniversary. We could not have selected a better location. This hotel was amazing! Its luxurious decor and warm ambiance are welcoming and the staff is helpful, considerate, accommodating and kind! We had Fairmont Gold accommodations and enjoyed complimentary breakfast each morning at the Oak Long Bar + Kitchen. The food there is great. Access to the roof top offered breathtaking views of the city. The location of this hotel is unbeatable as you are close to everything! Public transportation is easily available and accessible. I will visit again when in Boston and I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I just finished a three-night stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza that was a true luxury experience. First, the entire hotel is magnificent. The decor is gorgeous, and the appointments are traditional but have modern conveniences. The rooms are a nice size with a marble bathroom and rainshower. The food on site was terrific and the staff uniformly had a can-do attitude and delivered service with a smile. They even offered a huge menu of complimentary items they would provide to make you feel more at home. This is now my go-to hotel any time I'm in Boston.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect location in Back Bay. The staff is superb, they helped with restaurants, tours, recognized our anniversary with strawberries! From the bell captain to concierge and management, you will be super pleased with this staff/hotel. The restaurant was cozy with delicious food, same with room service which was timely! The view of Copley Square from our room was incredible, super central location. We looked at many hotels before choosing Fairmont as this was an important event, they delivered 100%. Don't miss this hotel when visiting Boston! We will return!!
