When my daughter got engaged we wanted to continue our family tradition of weddings at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. With Alice Faye's help, we were able to do just that! Wedding planning can be daunting but Alice made the whole engagement year stress-free and fun. Which is saying something!! Alice's attention to detail ensured that everything went like clockwork on the day of. It was truly a magical weekend that my family and most importantly, my daughter and new son-in-law, will enjoy remembering for years to come!!

Very nice, polite staff, well maintained for an old Hotel, very good Bed and quiet room, perfect small breakfast at Golden Lounge. In total it is a very old Hotel, with old carpets and old infrastructure but well maintained. The location is perfect to explore downtown Boston. But you pay too much for what you get.

Very clean room, bed was right size and softness. The maid service was efficient and provided to our needs. The interior on the Ground Floor was exquisitely decorated with flowers, framed prints of famous artists works. We enjoyed playing with Fairmont pet dog. We loved the breakfast served at their restaurant. Loved the historic churches nearby and the retail stores were very nice to shop in.

Having worked at the Fairmont several time over the years, the staff and service is always consistent. Everyone is welcoming and accommodates our requests. When you walk in, you know you'll be greeted with a smile. They truly take care of their clients.

Overall Disappointing experience for this landmark hotel Lack of management and personal at the Gold level lounge at breakfast and food below average, guests not observing dress code policies, only 1 person replenishing the buffet !!!!
