Came for the weekend to look at Boston colleges. Hotel is in a great central location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for the 5 of us. Plenty of room. Although I’m not a big fan of carpet on hotels, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I celebrated our 20 Year Wedding Anniversary at the Lenox on Valentines Day and had an amazing experience. The accommodations were wonderful. Our room was beyond what we could have hoped for. Clean, cute, comfortable, and the room was much larger than expected. King Size bed and sheets were excellent. And the bathroom shower... amazing water pressure. But probably the best part of our stay was the staff. Very thoughtful, friendly, and caring. When we pulled up and asked the valet where to park, he pointed us to available street parking. Rather than try to make a buck of off us he helped us save nearly $50. The check-in was smooth and easy. And the staff heard it was our 20 Year Anniversary, so we had a personal hand-written note of congradualtions coupled with a bottle of Champagne waiting for us in our room. So thoughtful!! This is a great hotel... truly an amazing staff with amazing accommodations. Highly recommend!

Me and a friend stayed in a twin room for 3 nights great size room with 2 large beds for us... large TV, really clean bathroom and nice shower, free bottled water and fridge and plenty of storage no tea/coffee making in our room, however really nice coffee was served in the lobby in the morning along with bananas only 2 lifts for the hotel but we never had to wait long for one the staff were always really friendly when passing and happy to answer questions the doorman who was on the majority of our trip was also great always had friendly conversation he also gave us the best advice to for travellers when visiting sporting events or just bars... take your passport! they don't accept our driving licence! its a great location for shops and also the T is very close we only used the irish bar downstairs on the first night... it was ok, not much atmosphere but a good pint we used uber a lot and a few taxis and all were aware of the Lenox and it made for easy drop offs and pick ups we searched for a long time for a hotel in boston and the reviews were accurate for this place... once we picked the hotel we used a number of sites to get the best price and managed to get a reasonable one so I don't think it was that expensive

Booked directly through the Lenox hotel website. Stayed here with the family, including 2 young kids. Our room was directly above their event space and the noise and music were unbearable. Worse, we could hear all of the activities of the couple in the neighboring room because the door connecting the rooms was very thin, and even when closed did not prevent sound transmission. This was very awkward for our young children. Front desk was unwilling to change our rooms.

We were snowed in Boston for a long weekend. What luck to get to be at the Lenox Hotel during a blizzard. I wouldn't of wanted to be anywhere else. It was absolutely a dream trip, with the gorgeous city in crisp clean snow covered landmarks and parks,
