Recently at the LENOX and loved it . Great location for dining, shoping and basic essentials . The doorman was exceptional and even took the time at the Front Desk to come and say good bye to me at check in . The rooms were spacious and I had a corner king room. I also planned an client event for my company and the ease of booking , service and follow up was great. I loved the restaurants and bars. Some favorite touches are the water bottles in the room . ILL BE BACK

We were recently in Boston for vacation. Our 5 night stay at the Lenox was fantastic. The room was well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel staff was fantastic. I highly recommend the Lenox, and would readily stay there again when back in Boston.

What can I say? I feel like I am coming home when I stay here. Granted I stay her every time I come to Boston but that is because nothing else can compare to this hotel and the customer service that they give you . The rooms are exceptional, beautifully decorated, the food is delicious....but it is the people... the people that really make it!!! Every single person that you come in contact with has a smile on their face and one purpose... to make you comfortable and happy. There really isn't a way to articulate it enough to truly emphasize how amazing the Lenox family is to each of their guests. This is why, when I travel to Boston I only stay at The Lenox Hotel and when I travel outside of Boston I can't help but compare every other hotel to the Lenox. They just don't compare! Thank you Dan, Lorna, Nina, Erin, Casey, Nate, Mike, Quack, Ashley, Nick, Mara- the list goes on and on. I know I am missing the many people who make this such a special place!!! Thank you to each of you!!

We booked here at the last minute when an Airbnb failed us. The city was full from a convention and we were worried about alternatives. The very friendly staff assisted us with a super comfortable room and the best service. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the tenth floor was impressive. The location is the most desirable. We walked to dinner, shopping and Fenway park. I highly recommend!

I like this hotel, i saw it on my last stay in Boston and thought i would try it the next time round - largely because it seemed really buzzing - it is undoubtably old, but old in a modern way - like the Caledonian in Edinburgh or Mar Hall in Glasgow or even the Fairmont in San Francisco - this hotel has managed to be both old and modern at the same it - in that regard it has achieved a status of Landmark i would say. IS it all airs and graces? No - in fact its not even that posh, but i like that you can go to a hotel on Back Bay, which is a proper iconic and landmark building with old brick pavements outside, heavy doors, slow elevators and a fairly poorly laid out entrance lobby, but then it has a great bar - the kind of place you can lose hours in, from memory it has no tvs in it (which i like) just well made drinks with a good selection of spirits in an environment where socializing is done with focus, not the normal deluge of flashing images and tvs everywhere. The elevator is a classic - it has old mirrors on the inside which speak of when this hotel was the most swanky place on the block. The rooms are comfortable - with heavy doors and slightly squint base boards - the corridors are twisting and narrow, the stairs are steep with dark bannisters, it could be a bordelo - but its not. It seems nice and historical. A comfortable bed, a great view over Boyleston Street - I enjoyed it.
