We came straight from the airport in the middle of the night and were met by friendly reception staff but no-one on duty to help with the bags, which I guess isn't unreasonable at 4am. The room was enormous, clean, quiet and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything we needed for a one night stay. The water pressure in the bathroom seemed a bit weak but it wasn't a major problem.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the central touristic areas which is good enough for most people. The staff is nice and the rooms are ok. The TV is huge. Although the hotel is kind of old, it is well maintained and the old look adds a romantic side to it.

This is the third time I have stayed here, and it never disappoints. The friendly staff on the door, to always, always being greeted with a 'good morning etc'. I love this hotel from the moment I walk in and smell whatever they have in the entry sitting room! Immaculate rooms, big TV and a wonderful armchair - thank you.

Centrally located for restaurants, shops, and about a mile walk from Fenway Park. Small-ish rooms, but that's to be expected in older cities like Boston, NYC, Chicago, etc. Good internet and TV options.

Great location, great service, fair price. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Boston. I don't what scent they pipe into the hotel but it was so good that we bought the candle version they sell in the lobby.
