Our room was beautiful and so is the hotel but it's really the service here that makes this hotel really special. This was the best check in I've ever had. Nick and his associate were so kind, helpful and professional. They upgraded us to a bigger room, made great recommendations and offered to let us check out at 1:00 (without me even asking) so that we didn't rush through our Fenway tour. The restaurant rushed out our food so we didn't miss our train. The bellman runs down the block to get you a cab- runs, not walks. They leave a water bowl out for walking dogs and since it was hot out, they put ICE in it- that's how nice they are. Ice in the dog bowl :)

We stayed at the Lenox this past weekend and were so glad we had chosen this hotel. The room was immaculate and comfortable, the hotel staff welcoming and accommodating, and the location perfect. Will definitely return!

From the minute we entered the foyer we felt totally at ease, calm and relaxed (something to do with the air con and green tea (?) fragrance. Nothing too much trouble for any of the members of staff. If you get time sample a cocktail in the City Bar, didn't try the restaurant so can't comment. Fab location near to airport bus stop and subway (although we didn't use the subway). Great Irish pub downstairs connected to pub - good burger and beer. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely revisit one day hopefully.

My family stayed here for three nights on our vacation. I had chosen this hotel based on their superior reviews and we were definitely not disappointed. Everything from the staff and service to the decor and room accommodations were excellent. The Lenox is a beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the Back Bay section. The location was so convenient (close to Boston Public Library and Copley Square, and 1 block from T stop, trolley stop, airport shuttle stop, and Newbury Street, with several shops and restaurants.) We stayed in a standard queen room, and it was tastefully decorated and had a large screen TV, decent sized bathroom, mini fridge, and comfortable beds. On our floor, near the elevators, they had an ice and filtered water dispenser and a glass water container was included in our room (which was a greatly appreciated amenity, since it was in the 90's during our stay). When we first arrived, our room seemed a bit warm, so we turned on the air conditioner, before we left for dinner. After we returned a couple hours later, our room still seemed warm, so we called the front desk. Someone promptly came up and reset the AC control. He told us to wait for 10 minutes and that if we still had problems with the AC, we could call, and they could get us another room or provide fans, if we didn't want to move (since it was late already). The AC did work, but the manager called us back to check on us and offered to give us another room if we weren't satisfied. Although we told him that our room was fine, he gave us complimentary breakfasts, for our inconvenience. That was just one example of the excellent service that received during our stay. All of the staff that we interacted with at The Lenox were top notch! They were the most friendly and helpful hotel staff that we've ever encountered. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service, along with the beautiful accommodations and prime location, made our stay at The Lenox a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend The Lenox!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The first thing we noticed was the calm and refreshing smell in the lobby. The service was above and beyond. I could live here.
