From the very first few steps through the door, the warmest smiles, the lovely hostess at City Table who just caught a glimpse of us, and that wonderful scent -oh my! I knew I had found my happy place. Again arriving from a very long flight, fatigued and needing things to be simple, the front desk team were fantastic. Excellent and clear explanations left me asking no questions, my luggage was delivered in seconds to my door, amenities were of the finest quality and conscientious type. (Eco friendly). The nostalgia that filled the room was like I had lived there a lifetime ago, and to top it all off, was a healthy & refreshing breakfast the next morning. Successfully tapping into every sense, I was satiated and ready to explore Boston.

Wonderfully charismatic hotel full of old world charm. The location is perfect, right by Copley square, the Boston library and the fab restaurant (and awesome view) at Top of the Hub at the Prudential centre. Great size room, huge bed, loads of space with separate, walk in closet. Friendly service topped by the fabulous Casey on the concierge desk - made my trip smooth and easy with all the excursions I took - thanks for looking after me!

We stayed at the Lenox while on a visit to Boston for college visits. We were greeted by a very nice attendant when we pulled up to the hotel. He was very helpful and friendly as was our experience with all the staff. The room was very comfortable and clean, the turn down service is a nice touch. We had breakfast in the restaurant one morning and everything was very good. The location was great as we were able to walk to many spots and the stop for the T is one block away.

For our 34th wedding anniversary I chose the Lenox Hotel as we had never stayed there before and their website peeked my curiosity. What a great choice! The Lenox has been a Boston hotel since 1900. If you love old world charm, architechure, and style then you MUST spend a night in the Lenox. The Saunders Group, who has owned the Hotel since the 60s has kept the original charm throughout the hotel. You are transported back in time as soon as you enter the lobby. The staff includes doormen, and bellmen to bring you to your room. On site is a restaurant and two bars, one of which is a neat little Irish Pub; Solas. We selected one of their fireplace rooms for our stay. Oh, did I mention their fireplaces are wood burning? Just call for the bellman and he will respond to build your fire. There is something very romantic about falling asleep to a nice roaring fire across from your bed. They have numerous packages offered to help you enjoy the Boston area as well. If shopping is your deal, Copley Place shopping Mall is a 10 minute walk up the street. Great staff as well. Treat yourself and book a night at the Lenox. Be prepared to pay as it is not an inexpensive Hotel, but worth every penny.

From the moment we arrived we loved this hotel , the staff were very friendly the rooms are absolutely amazing , completely kitted out with everything you could ever need , lots of space and a very nice touch having an open fire which we enjoyed one night with a drink . The hotel is spotless , it literally smells fresh and clean all the time. Complimentary coffee in morning , fruit bowl all day and some lovely apple cider in the evening are all nice little extras that make your stay that little more special . The bar was modern and vibrant with plenty choice . Would 100% recommend this hotel and hoping to return one day all the way from Bonnie Scotland We received a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a huge bar of Lindt chocolate to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday and on the way out the staff gave us a soft toy teddy for our young daughter :) Thank you Lenox you made our stay special !!
