Love this hotel. We stay there at least once a year, preferably around the holidays when the lobby is decorated beautifully. Staff is tremendous, from the valets to the front desk. Treated like a VIP. Especially love the fireplace rooms. Perfect location. Will be back again.

Absolutely outstanding stay at the Lenox Hotel. From the incredibly welcoming front desk staff, the attention to detail with turn down service, snacks delivered to your door at midnight and the most comfortable bed I've had the pleasure to lay in. My Husband and I cannot sing the praises enough. The remarkable conveniences are countless, to name a few - having multiple food and beverage choices off the lobby, to an ideal location to explore Boston, eager to please staff, and ease of access to the highway there doesn't seem to be a better choice. You will not be disappointed. The Lenox has a piece of our hearts, and we can't wait to be back.

Walked into the Lenox and the fragrance was so nice. Room was beautiful. We asked for a king size bed but they gave us 2 queen beds. No big deal. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Joe the door man was so personable and funny. He should get a raise Haha We had dinner reservations at City Tables waited for awhile for a waitress and she forgot to tell us about the specials. We ordered very pricey but hey your in the heart of Boston. The food was good not great. But I highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel, great staff. From the moment you enter (and every time you return) to the lobby and smell the gardenias, it is obvious that this is a special place. While not cheap, what hotel with such a great location is. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Our impression of the service is summarized in one quick story. Turndown service leaves Beekman Brothers caramels on the bed. We so enjoyed these we asked the concierge where we could purchase some. They were out of the ones that they had for sale, but said they would send some up to the room. Shortly after we got a bag with four or five DOZEN caramels. Needless to say we were very pleased. We were overwhelmed when we saw that the caramels sell for $15 for about a dozen or so. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Recently at the LENOX and loved it . Great location for dining, shoping and basic essentials . The doorman was exceptional and even took the time at the Front Desk to come and say good bye to me at check in . The rooms were spacious and I had a corner king room. I also planned an client event for my company and the ease of booking , service and follow up was great. I loved the restaurants and bars. Some favorite touches are the water bottles in the room . ILL BE BACK
