We booked here based on reviews for an overnight trip while our daughter was visiting us and I'm glad we did. She brought her boyfriend as well. We got a double queen room. It was perfect for an overnight stay for 4 people. As some reviews state the bathroom is small and that's true but it's not terrible. I think the only problem with it is there is not a lot of counter space. Our room was very clean, the check in was pleasant and all staff were nice! The beds were comfortable and I didn't feel very cramped when all four of us were in the room.. We actually showed up at 1 pm and I thought we wouldn't be able to check in until 3pm but nope. They showed us straight to our room. The bars and restaurants are nice. Good drinks and I got a lobster roll from the restaurant and it was super good! The parking is expensive but you can actually keep your car parked with them until 5pm even though check out is at noon. We were able to find this nice and convenient since we wanted to explore a little bit more after check out and before heading home.

This was my husbands first time to Boston, so when we arrived and found out at check in that we had been upgraded, it just completely set the tone for the rest of our trip. First of all, when you walk in the scent of the hotel is amazing. So amazing, that I purchased a candle of the same scent that's featured throughout the entire hotel. We get up to our room, and it's so much better than we were expecting. The in room dining menu was super expansive since the hotel has 3 restaurants attached to it. I'll go ahead and say the bread pudding from the dessert menu will haunt my dreams forever now. It was so ridiculously delicious I actually giggled while eating it. Customer service was on point. The check in check out process was seamless, and I literally have nothing to complain about. It's in a great location that's walking distance to so many great things. I'm definitely recommending, and would love to stay here again. Keep up the amazing work! Thank you for making our trip so great.

Over the years we have stayed at different hotels in Boston at different times of the year, and our stay at the Lenox Hotel was one of our best experiences. The location is fabulous. Our room overlooked the Finish line of the Boston Marathon. The room was spacious, nicely decorated (somewhat ornate), and well-equipped. The staff was cordial from our arrival to our departure, answering questions and providing advice without being overly obtrusive. We would definitely stay here again during another visit to the city.

After being bumped from another local hotel, we booked the Lenox and I can say that this hotel is first class all the way. The rooms are not big and storage is a bit limited, but the room is clean and very comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive. Always a have a nice day, welcome back or can we do anything for you. The location of the Lenox is a2 minute walk from the Copley Station and has easy access to any place you would like to visit...Harvard, Freedom Trail, JKF Museum, Constitution. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel.

Great location for shopping dining , very clean, historic hotel, friendly helpful staff, heavenly bed, I can't ask for more. kettle and coffee machine is missing in the room. In the middle of shopping area and malls. A pit pricey. Highly recommended if money is not an issue.
