Great boutique style hotel in perfect location, literally next to the finish line of Boston marathon and the main shopping area. Lovely finishing touches such as complimentary afternoon snack, tea, coffee and water. Staff very friendly and rooms clean and homely. Would definitely return

This is, without a doubt, one of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. I did a lot of research regarding where to stay for my first trip to Boston, and this was really the perfect location. We were able to walk to most places and things we wanted to see. The hotel itself is very classy and charming. The aesthetic is the complete opposite of modern, but it works and doesn't feel dated. The staff were great with children.

All amenities were above and beyond expectations. Location was near where we need to be. Beverly, concierge, was most helpful for dining, transportation, directions & fun venues. We will stay here on our next trip to Boston.

My first time in Boston and couldn't have asked for a better hotel. I love the historic building with its beautiful architecture and charm, however surprised they have all amenities of a modern hotel! Service is on point with great attention to detail. The guests are young and the vibe is great. I don't foresee myself trying any other property when I go back.

The Lenox is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with top notch service! It just smacks of "classiness" ! From the moment you are greeted by the doorman and enter the beautiful lobby you are met with a lovely fragrance which is synonymous with the Lenox! The room we stayed in was enormous with a large walk in wardrobe and a huge bathroom, it was heaven! The Lenox attract business people and family alike. We had breakfast in the City Table every morning, very good! Check out The Boston Public Library, opposite the Lenox on Boylston Street, both the new Library and the old, the best Library I have ever seen! Another stop must be to Eataly in the Prudential shopping centre on Bolyston Street! It's a fantastic market place of everything Italian, including restaurants, wine, cheeses, you name it there! The location in Back Bay is perfect for sightseeing. The area is very safe and you can walk everywhere. Each day, we set off on foot and explored this wonderful city! Would I return to the Lenox? In a heartbeat!
