Great hotel in a great location! Close to restaurants, shops and the subway station. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much hassle. We stayed at christmas time and they had a beautiful christmas tree in the lobby along with a fire place. They also made fresh cookies which were hands down the best cookies I have ever had (the apple cider ones were my favourite) and they also offered hot chocolate with marshmellows for guests to make when they came in from the freezing cold. I loved this hotel and cannot wait to come back

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. There were five of us in two connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious with everything we needed. Loved the water dispenser to fill a carafe in the hallway. Lots of towels. Beds were just okay. AC was strong which we like. Front desk was very friendly with greeting both coming and going. Same with front door staff. I knew the location was great. Pretty perfect location. But, the best part, the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. They were kind. It was a very busy weekend in Boston with 9 colleges graduating. I'm sure the hotel was totally booked, but never really felt it. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We went to some. Our best breakfast was at this hotel's restaurant City Table. Really good. They also have an Irish pub with delicious food and a great place to watch a game. My last compliment was to room service. Coffee on time everyday and well cooked hot food. Would return in a minute without searching out another option.

I can't say enough about the Lenox! Warm and friendly staff, exquisite bedding and linen, delicious breakfast, best possible location to walk all over the touristic and retail areas. For years I have stayed at the lenox whenever I could and I've never been disappointed, always enchanted!

Great hotel in a great location. Traveled as a family with two teenagers so bedding is always an issue. I booked a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful always. The bathroom was the only thing that could have been better. It needed updating and when they do, I hope that they leave enough counter or cabinet space for 4 people to put their stuff. The room had a nice closet but only one small night table to store our things, so we had to live out of suitcases, but there were two vallets to use so that was adequate. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Great location for shopping and dining.

Great hotel, located in Copley square section minute walk too shopping If driving right off the mass pike!! Valet parkng, excellent and professional staff, I arrived at 9am and my room was ready Yes that s right early check in. If you like high end shopping Newberry st is only a few blocks away and many restaurants too close from as well. One of my favorite restaurants is called Strega"located on Marina park drive on the water. Great vibe, extremely busy great food and superb wine list. Expensive but worth it! Great bar scene definitely you need reservations unless you get there at 5 All in all there are many hotels too choose from but the .enoc hotel has the feel of low world Boston A little tip for lunch, the Irish pub connects to the Lenox is great small pub with excellent food Of old world Boston
