From the moment we arrived we loved this hotel , the staff were very friendly the rooms are absolutely amazing , completely kitted out with everything you could ever need , lots of space and a very nice touch having an open fire which we enjoyed one night with a drink . The hotel is spotless , it literally smells fresh and clean all the time. Complimentary coffee in morning , fruit bowl all day and some lovely apple cider in the evening are all nice little extras that make your stay that little more special . The bar was modern and vibrant with plenty choice . Would 100% recommend this hotel and hoping to return one day all the way from Bonnie Scotland We received a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a huge bar of Lindt chocolate to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday and on the way out the staff gave us a soft toy teddy for our young daughter :) Thank you Lenox you made our stay special !!

My brother sister in law and I travelled to Boston for a 30th birthday celebration. Our stay in The Lenox hotel was nothing but fabulous. The staff were so friendly and could not have been more accommodating. The small touches of wine and chocolates on arrival for my sister in Laws 30th were so sweet. The room was excellent, perfect size for the three of us. The log fire in our room was so cosy. The hotel has a lovely homely feel about it and so clean. The location was also perfect with lots of great restaurants and bars around. I will most definitely recommend The Lenox. Thank you for making our Boston trip memorable.

This was my second stay at the Lenox hotel. I requested a quiet room on an upper floor and got just that. The service was excellent. There were a few minor issues with the room. The entry door was very sticky so I had to put my shoulder into it when entering. The top drawer on my wife's nightstand was missing a pull so she fabricated one out of ribbon. Both the sink faucet and tub faucet were dripping. We had to crank the handle hard to get it to stop and crank it hard the opposite way in the morning to take a shower. If we were elderly this would have been a problem. I enjoyed the HVAC system. I was able to set the fan for manual so it was able to run constantly to provide a really nice white noise for the room. The bed and pillow were very comfortable - much more so than the majority of the hotels that I have stayed at. One of my main complaints was the morning coffee which is set up for self serve by the elevators. It was one of the worst drip coffees akin to diner coffee that is set on a hot plate and warmed throughout the day. Overall a really nice stay.

10- Dogs welcomed although we don't have one. 9- Fitness center open 24 hrs. 8-Two great restaurant/bars 7- Wedding and party ready. 6- Location, location, location. 5- Staff were all super friendly especially at its most popular times, love the "welcome back recognition." 4-Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. 3-A true boutique hotel. 2-Just walking into the lobby brought us to a happy place, just beautiful and smells great. 1-Ops manager Erin and concierge Casey could not do enough for us. Thank you! You really only need 1 reason to stay here, just select one.

My bedroom at home is bigger than the room we had. Very tiny. We left for dinner and came back and the door to our room was closed, but the lock was turned to hold it open. Nothing missing that we could find, but an unsettling feeling. Great Location! Walking distance to a ton of great things.
