Great central Boston bolt hole
We really enjoyed our stay. We checked in late Thursday night and the lobby was bustling with punters in the different bars. Our daughter was immediately gifted a teddy which delighted her. Location is fab and you can walk everywhere. We also used the nearby public transport at both Back Bay and the nearby green line to get further afield. Room was a little dated and didn’t have loads of clothes hanging space. It did what we needed though. Safe was good and bed super comfy. The complimentary coffee service in the mornings was awesome. As well fruit in reception. We didn’t eat at the restaurants but had a drink in the Irish bar which was nice. All in all would recommend. Great base to explore Boston

Excellent hotel
10/10 will stay again. You can’t beat the location in Back Bay. Everything is close and walking distance. The hotel is swanky and made to make you feel like you do not want to leave. Attached restaurants, bars, etc . Are all very good. Our room didn’t have the best view, but the room itself made up for it. Super clean and whatever you needed, they had. Every staff member I had interactions with were very kind and helpful. For being on a corner of a very busy street, you couldn’t hear street traffic. Definitely worth the price. I even bought a candle they had of their lobby scent to remind me of my trip.

Heart of the city & the lobby and room smelled great!
Great stay at this old but updated, center-of-Boston hotel! Super friendly Valet and front desk staff, great ol' Irish bar attached, spaceous and pretty room that had a wonderful scent (!) and just can't beat the location.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. We had drinks and food (breakfast and lunch) at all three restaurant / bars. The food and service were both excellent.

All of the amenities and a perfect location.
I flew in on a red eye and my room was ready for me early. Though my room was small it was perfectly appointed. The location was walking distance to dining and shopping and the T was half a block away for further adventures.
