Reviews for Mandarin Oriental Boston

Class

Great stay for a business trip. A busy city and hotel, college graduations in Boston, a foreign head of state staying at the hotel and POTUS visiting a few blocks away. The quality of service was exceptional. The quality of food was exceptional. I was able to have a brief conversation with Jason Paluch who went out of his way to assist with a last minute dinner reservation for a meeting. Thank you all from back of house to front of house. Phenomenal work.

Beautiful Hotel in a Fabulous Location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous Back Bay location. MO connects directly to two large malls, is a couple of blocks from Newbury Street and the Copley Square T stop, and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed in a Jr. Suite with city view on the 6th floor and the room was spacious but the bathroom was huge and there was a lot of closet and drawer space. Clever lighting system that turns on a night light and the bathroom light when you need to get up in the dark was appreciated. Toilet was in a separate water closet and there was a large walk-in shower and large tub. The hotel lobby has the most glorious flower display and there are fresh flowers in the hallways. Mandarin Oriental Boston will now be our place to stay when we visit our son.

Lovely Stay at M.O., Boston

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

Loved M.O.’s understated elegance. Room was well appointed upon arrival until we checked-out. In-room dining was at its best. Services from front desk, concierge and bell service were excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Staying here is always wonderful.

Staying here is always wonderful. Housekeeping does an amazing job and pays attention to small details such as you prefer sparkling water over still. I really enjoyed the gym which has upgraded new equipment. The room was spacious and very quiet.

Great welcome back from concierge and tremendous help too from the front desk. Very comfortable and well serviced room . Food is excellent all day from breakfast to dinner. A pleasure to stay in my home from home in Boston. The next two trips are already booked
