The hotel is great , the rooms are clean . The staff is great .However do not overnight valet your vehicle here . Towne Park Valet does not treat your vehicles well at all . My truck tire rims were scratched up by the valets . When asked them to review the hotel security system, they refused to do so , stating the Omni Parker refuses to allow them access. You might want to take this into consideration when booking your hotel stay .

From checkout to leaving, the staff treated me like royalty in this beautiful hotel. Don't overlook the food at Parker's Bar. Everything was delicious! What a friendly place in my new favorite city.

1 star for the staff who were very friendly and allowed me to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. 1 star for a great location during the day, you can walk to many of the sights in Boston and you are within 5 minutes of 2 T stops (Park and Govt Center) which can get you almost anywhere in the city 1 star the room was clean and comfortable beds and pillows 1 star for surprisingly decent gym with peloton bikes The location is kind of sketchy at night, you don't want to be walking around alone. and the rooms/decor/rugs are really run down. Time to invest in an update to this historical hotel!
