I travel to Boston periodically for work and I absolutely love staying at the Seaport Hotel. The staff is amazing, always a warm welcome here and they are always so extremely helpful. Whether it’s a question about the area, a good restaurant recommendation or when I just need help with something, they have never hesitated to make sure I’m taken care of. I booked a room that had a view of the harbor, it was nice to wake up to the sun rising. You can also see the planes take off and land at Logan Airport which is pretty cool, but absolutely no issues with noise. Breakfast is generous and price is what you’d expect at a nice hotel. Walked by the bar in the early evening and looked pretty busy, seemed like a nice business crowd. The hotel is also pretty conveniently located, it was about a 6 min walk to the convention center. I look forward to my next visit - Seaport Hotel will be my first choice.

Everything worked for us here, the positioning, the comfort, the food and drink and amazing staff. A big shout out has to go to Aaron for his wonderful welcome, so warm and helpful throughout our stay. The service charge is included in everything, so for someone, like me, on their first trip to the states, it was one less thing to be thinking of. A fantastic selection of ales and I had a lovely charcuterie selection in the restaurant. Thanks to cleaners as well for their patience with me and their willingness to help. Room was perfect, great position for access to the airport (using the water taxi) and the rest of the city.

The Seaport Hotel checks most of the big boxes. My corner room was absolutely gorgeous — great views, well-appointed, and a very comfortable retreat after long days at a conference. The property itself is beautiful and the location is hard to beat. Speaking of location — right next to the World Trade Center Silver Line stop, which meant a $1.10 ride for me straight to Logan. For a frequent traveler, that alone is worth a lot. 😊 The one area that could use attention is service consistency. Housekeeping skipped my room entirely one day, and when I brought it up at the front desk, the response was indifferent at best. For a hotel at this price point, that's a miss — both the oversight and the lackluster follow-up. Guests deserve better than a shrug. That said, the overall experience was excellent and I would absolutely stay here again. Just hoping the service catches up to the rest of what this property has to offer.

Beautiful hotel, location was good if you like walking there’s plenty to see. Room was clean could use some updating, tv froze too many times. Front desk, valet extremely helpful and friendly. All and all a nice place to stay.
