I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and four year old daughter. 10/10 recommend. We stayed in a suite, which was surprisingly very spacious and comfortable. It was also very reasonably priced. Both of the restaurants on the property were also excellent, and both takeout and room service were very quick. The breakfast buffet at Aura was delicious and a great deal. The staff were all very friendly. Parking was easy. The pool was great. We spent a lot of time there. My daughter never wanted to get out. The best part is the location. The Seaport is awesome. We were able to just walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are tons of restaurants and activities to do, including the Aquarium and Children’s Museum. I loved that I didn’t feel like I was in the downtown of a big city. The Seaport is very pretty and clean. It also felt very safe. We stayed at a five star hotel in Boston last February, which was very nice (and very expensive), but the Seaport Hotel was definitely better. We plan on returning in a couple of months when the weather gets warmer. I truly cannot think of a single bad thing to say.

We had such a fantastic stay! The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff were so warm, welcoming, and amazing with the kids. They really made the whole experience special. The pool was awesome — clean, fun, and perfect for families. The kids especially loved the cotton candy and popcorn in the lobby, which was such a fun surprise! The food was also great, and the parking was right under the building and super reasonable, which made everything even more convenient. We can’t wait to come back!

There are so many hotels in Seaport, so glad we found the Seaport Hotel. Convenient location and friendly staff. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds and thoughtful details in the rooms. Appreciated that there were 2 chairs by the window, plenty of storage, an in room coffee machine, night lighting in the bathroom and a large, modern shower. Although a destination fee is charged, it is offset by one free experience. We used the fitness facilities which included a pool, gym, and large dressing area. Perfect to check out, and use the spa before our flight. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Seaport Hotel for 2 nights, checking in on Friday the 13th and checking out Sunday. Overall, the hotel itself is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent. However, my check-in experience left a lasting impression, unfortunately not a positive one. I had booked a King Deluxe room well in advance. Upon arrival, I was told (not asked) that only double-bed rooms were available. After a long day of travel, I initially accepted this because I was exhausted. But once we got to the room, I realized it really wasn’t acceptable, especially since I had specifically reserved a king room ahead of time and this was a getaway trip! When I went back downstairs to address the issue, the only accommodation offered at first was two complimentary breakfasts. They also presented a $15 dinner credit as part of the compensation, though this was already an amenity included in my original booking. After further discussion, they did move us but to a queen room, not the King Deluxe I had reserved. At that point, it felt like I wasn’t going to receive the room I had paid for, so I chose not to continue pressing the issue. What made this particularly disappointing is that we were celebrating our first Valentine’s Day together, and I had intentionally booked the King Deluxe room for that reason. The situation felt like a bait-and-switch, and that lack of trust in receiving what I reserved makes me hesitant to return. Again, the property itself is well maintained, the staff were polite, and the location is fantastic. But when you book a specific room in advance, you expect to receive it or at the very least, to be properly informed and fairly compensated if it’s unavailable. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Clean, nice, safe, welcoming staff. The rooms were so clean, looked nicer in person than online. It was a very nice and fancy hotel for a great price and very secure. All staff was kind and welcoming.
