We stayed at the Seaport multiple times in 2016 in preparation for my daughter’s wedding, It was so great that we are going back to stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are beautiful. The staff at the desk as well as the restaurants were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The water taxi left us off directly across the street. The wedding itself was beyond my expectations. It is hard to plan a wedding from out of town. But thanks to Ellen Pels and her staff it went better than could be expected. The room was beautiful. The food was spectacular. The brunch the next morning was fabulous. They even upgraded my daughter’s bridal suite. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stays were or what a magnificent job they did on the wedding. I thought I had posted a review already. I guess in the excitement afterwards I forget to write it. Better late than never.

My wife and I stayed here with friends due to its proximity to the cruise harbor. Our room was perfect (high floor and quiet) with a nice view. Service was fantastic. We had a rental car that we dropped of at the nearby airport (Logan) and then found a 'free' shuttle service to get us back to the hotel. The next morning we used Uber to take us to the embarkation area for our cruise while our friends 'hoofed' it ... (glad we rode). We had a pretty good rate at the hotel (booked pretty far in advance) but had later wanted to stay again on our cruise return into Boston. Sadly, the rate was much higher (probably high demand due to other 'cruisers'), so we found an alternative. We'd definitely go back. Can't beat the location for taking a cruise ship.

We have been going to Seaport Boston Hotel ever since it was new. When we first started going there, there wasn't much in the Seaport. The hotel at first had unobstructed views of the harbor. With the construction of many other high rises those unobstructed views have been blocked. So if you want a view of the harbor, you will need to request it for an extra charge. That said, the entire premises are first rate. The hotel is tip free so you never have to be concerned about tipping. The bar scene is lively, there are frequent weddings and other events going on. Despite that the hotel floors are quiet, and the rooms are quite nicely appointed. Prices are slightly lower than other first class hotels in Boston. We just enjoy staying at the Seaport and not in the middle of town. Flour Bakery is a close by walk with the best breakfasts in Boston. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here two nights on business. Our budget wouldn’t be able to afford this, otherwise. We stayed on the 17th floor in room 1727. Never once did I hear hall or neighbor noise. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything is touch control in the room along with a flat screen large TV. Also included was a keurig and a mini fridge (a little too small). Comfy robes are included and the large shower (no tub) has shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The hotel is located in a convenient location in South Boston. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops and stores within walking distance. The only negative was that the bakery in the hotel didn’t have longer hours. Every time we tried to visit they were closed. Also no refreshments in the lobby like some hotels. The Aurora has a pretty nice breakfast buffet if you don’t mind paying $28/person. There is also no tipping at this hotel which I found interesting. We had a late departure so the hotel held our bags for us. When we returned we tried to tip the gentleman because we had to call ahead due to time restraints and he so kindly had our bags waiting when we arrived back. I highly recommend this hotel.
