Great hotel!
Very clean and quiet hotel. Excellent location with many wonderful dining options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in prime location but beware hidden costs
The hotel is very well run and the staff are very good. I had read about the parking, which involves the valet taking the car to a carpark nearby, but this did not cause me any problem and the system worked well. The hotel is ideally placed for visits to the many excellent restaurants in the area. It is also easy to drive to and from if you don't know the area. My big issue that would stop me staying again is that the hotel charges a $35 dollar additional fee that they then invite you to use against any purchase in the hotel, whether that be for breakfast, other meals or drinks. I was touring the area and did not want to be tied to breakfast, and I had prebooked restaurants as well. In the end I had some overpriced snacks from their 'larder' to take with me when I left.

Lovely Seaport Experience
Very safe and clean. TAMO restaurant's food was great, and the waitstaff was very helpful and accommodating. TAMO's food was allergen-friendly friendly which was a plus. I would stay again!

Great hotel!
Great location. Nice size room. The staff is very friendly. Love the noon checkout time and checking out via text. Very easy to get to and from the airport.

Clean, comfortable and handy
Fabulous staff, spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed and great location. If you are looking for a base for shopping, eating out, sightseeing and the airport this is the hotel for you. Great place, we will return
