No Netflix
The hotel is conveniently located in Seaport close by to a ton of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing, bar could use an upgrade but for the price it was nice. Only complaint which is a big deal for me is the TV in the room not being able to connect to Netflix or device cast to watch Netflix. If you plan on spending considerable amount of time in the room, I'd recommend maybe a newer hotel

Birthday trip to Boston, 100% recommended
Upon arrival, we had a friendly valet attendant greet and welcome us. The woman at the front desk recognized we were celebrating a birthday trip and check in was one of the quickest I’ve ever had. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The harbor view was amazing as well.

First Rate Staff & Convenient to Airportw mm
In town for 3 night stay for a wedding with the reception being at the hotel. Travel frequently & typically stay at Marriott properties. Was extremely impressed by all the staff here. All had a welcoming, professional, helpful attitude. Rooms are clean. Refrigerator stocked with water. Creamer for Keurig coffee maker. Really nice workout area. Enjoyed using normatec boots after long day of walking the city. Waitstaff & bartenders at wedding reception were extremely professional & friendly as if at a 5 star restaurant. Food was good with great presentation. The free Silverline bus from the airport which picks up right outside of baggage claim drops you off right across the street from the hotel super convenient. Uber to airport is quick. Lots of restaurants & shopping all around the hotel. It has a young, new, vibrant feel. Plan on extra walking or transportation to be in the heart of Boston. Hotel is clean & nice but does have a slightly dated aesthetic. Loved the floral pieces on display to brighten things up.

Perfect hotel experience
Great hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is located in the Seaport and close (walkable) to almost everything, including the beer garden (spring/summer) and "Snowport" around the holidays! I visit several times throughout the year and it is always a pleasure.

The best and most genuine hotel in Boston
Our friends recommended the Seaport to us since they stay there several times a year when they go out to dinner in Boston. This is now my go to hotel in Boston. The hotel was clean, neat, the rooms were spacious, clean full of amenities (and free bottles of water) and very comfortable. Every member of the hotel staff that we encountered was genuine, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was the kind of service you would expect from a small, boutique hotel, not a large one. The bartenders are true mixologists and enjoyed creating a few new drinks for us. Everyone at the hotel was so attentive, that I felt like I was a regular there, even though it was my first time. All I can say is that it will not be my last stay at the Seaport, and we look forward to our next visit.
