Exceptional Hospitality in a Pinch
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk and fitness center staff for their outstanding support during my recent visit. I arrived in Boston early Sunday morning for a noon event and needed to change attire before the standard check-in time. Although a room was not yet available, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They kindly offered access to the fitness center locker room so I could change comfortably, and even provided a steamer to help refresh my clothes. Their warm and accommodating attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. I am truly grateful for their willingness to help and their thoughtful approach to guest service. Their professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression, and I deeply appreciate their support.

Great location and staff
Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were so friendly and helpful . Our room was amazing, awesome view and really comfortable bed ! Will definitely return when next in Boston . Our whole stay was perfect.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. We loved the location. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. And our Harborview Suite room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the harbor. My wife and I were here on an anniversary trip for five nights.
