in-and-out is for valet only and really worth it.
Very nice hotel in good location with friendly staff. Everything was great, i just want to be clear, and if this saves one person $16, i'll have done my job, but the in-and-out at the hotel garage is for the valet only. So when you arrive, pull up to the front door, don't park it down in the garage. Check in first, and use the valet service. We were doing college visits and went to Salem, so this was key for me to come and go.

Don't sleep on the Seaport Hotel
The Seaport Hotel is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel in an outstanding location. The staff is wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I stayed for 7 days, and it felt like home-not like I was in a hotel. I slept great, ate great, and felt slightly spoiled by the end of it.

Beautiful Views
We opted for a corner room on a high floor with views out over the harbour. We were not disappointed, the room was extremely comfortable and the view was sensational. The hotel is located on the harbour front and is close to some excellent restaurants and cafes. It is also a short walk to the bus station for buses to the airport or train stations so extremely convenient as we had an early flight. I would recommend paying a little extra for a corner room as the views are amazing.

Exceptional Hospitality in a Pinch
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk and fitness center staff for their outstanding support during my recent visit. I arrived in Boston early Sunday morning for a noon event and needed to change attire before the standard check-in time. Although a room was not yet available, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They kindly offered access to the fitness center locker room so I could change comfortably, and even provided a steamer to help refresh my clothes. Their warm and accommodating attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. I am truly grateful for their willingness to help and their thoughtful approach to guest service. Their professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression, and I deeply appreciate their support.
