They customer service our whole group experienced was amazing. I worked in the hospitality industry in Houston and Boston for 17 years in the 1980's, and I haven't experienced a staff this friendly, helpful and accommodating in decades

There were positives and negatives for our experience at Seaport Hotel. Great views in my room. Clean room. The concierge service people I dealt with were professional when we first arrived. However, the concierge female on our last day 5/5/24 at around 5:30 pm was not very friendly when I asked her about 2 charges added to my bill that said valet parking for days at $50.00 dollars each. She basically asked me to explain these charges and didn't seem to believe me when I informed her we Uber everywhere. She called the garage manager and he gave me the same treatment. I said, it wasn't up to me to explain these charges on my room or garage ticket charge. My name was being use for these charges but I had no idea since we didn't need valet. Needless to say they were cold and not friendly. No one apologized for the error and I was made to feel like I was lying or something. It was uncomfortable and outrages. This is unfortunate since the hotel has nice features but staff is hit or miss with customer service.

Great hotel! Stayed for one night before a cruise and wish we had booked it for three more days when we returned for the remainder of our stay in Boston. Aaron in guest services is a definite asset to the hotel and was a wealth of information. The bell staff was great as well!

My wife and I and my sister and brother-in-law returned to the Seaport Hotel last week for a 3-night mini vacation. (We did the same thing last year and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.) The Seaport Hotel is an absolutely fantastic hotel with a superior staff that strives to make your stay perfect. (When we checked in we were asked “what brought us back” and I mentioned it was our 50th anniversary and my sister’s 40th. The next day we were surprised with a candy platter and bottle of champagne. Like I said, they strive for perfection.) There’s many great restaurants and things to do within walking distance, although Fenway was a bit of a hike. The hotel is close to the North End, Faneuil Hall, the Commons and other great attractions, and we walked to all of them. It really is a perfect place to stay, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again next year.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Boston with your family, stop looking, because Seaport Boston is the perfect place. They offer great rooms (with Netflix), pool/spa/gym, great restaurants and breakfast bar both most of all the most friendly staff which will make you feel like home. Our children really liked the ‘treasure hunt’! If we ever return to Boston, we will definitely choose Seaport Boston again!
