Chateau Elan Winery & Resort

My trip was wonderful. The front desk at the hotel provided a complimentary bottle for me and my daughter upon arrival and provided us a card for a 2nd complimentary bottle free of charge due to our wine tour/tasting being moved one day. We were even provided late checkout free of charge. I cannot express how appreciate we were for the great service. We enjoyed all of the amenities and food at the restaurants on sight. The staff everywhere we went provided exceptional service going above and beyond every step of the way. Dahlia was amazing on our wine tour/tasting. She provided great knowledge and fast and kept everyone entertained. I always have a great time every time I come here and will definitely continue to be a returning a guest and recommend everyone to come and visit as well.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Château Élan, and it was a fantastic getaway. Our room was elegant, spacious, and very comfortable. The food and service at the Marc Restaurant, Le Petit Cafe, and the golf clubhouse (Sarazen's) were consistently impressive. After checking in, we grabbed a drink at the Versailles Bar, where Tamiko stood out with her friendly, engaging personality and great hospitality. The spa amenities, including the steam room, sauna, and indoor pool, really elevate the experience, so be sure to set aside time to enjoy them. During our stay, I played a round on the Woodlands course and had a great time thanks to the well-maintained fairways and thoughtful layout. Overall, it was a memorable way to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had planned a wedding trip and thought Chateau Elan would be a perfect property. We booked the reservation through a third party, Luxury Escapes, and paid for a special package. When we arrived, the room was secured but the payment we made to Luxury Escapes and the price secured was not honored. In fact, they double charged us for the room. The manager even agreed to the double charge and promised to correct it but only provided partial credit and not the amount paid in advance. What should have been a wonderful trip started and ended as a nightmare. In addition, the location food and pricing is so high and poor we had to go off campus for a good meal. Too pricey! Poor Service! Do not visit!
