Spanning 3,500 acres of rolling hills and wooded forests, Chateau Elan reigns as North Georgia’s premier destination resort. A favorite for weekend getaways, corporate retreats, and everything in between, this sprawling property features stunning indoor and outdoor event spaces, multiple restaurants, professionally staffed golf and tennis clubs, a world-class spa, and more. From an authentic Irish pub to a Southern-style chophouse, guests of Chateau Elan will enjoy a global culinary tour guided by experienced chefs and sommeliers who share a passion for excellence. From humble beginnings, Chateau Elan Winery has emerged as one of the largest and most awarded wineries on the East Coast. We’re honored to offer more than 30 wines produced with grapes grown in our Braselton and south of Georgia vineyards, as well as grapes hand-picked and transported, whole cluster, in refrigerated trucks from California’s Lake County and Clarksburg regions. Our North Georgia winery is open daily for guided tours and tastings, as well as one-of-a-kind private events.

Great for a day, weekend, or business event. Beautiful grounds, winery, hotel, and meeting facilities. The staff was absolutely fantastic! I have already suggested that my friends and co-workers make plans to visit!

Greeted instantly with friendly faces and warm hospitality. Spa services were wonderful. To top it off Lonnie took our group in like we were his daughters and took care of every need. Gave us terrific suggestions on dining and the 411 on the property. Lonnie is a true gentleman!

A wonderful trip! Holly was especially helpful in arranging a spa day for 6 of us and booking all the reservations at the fabulous restaurants. Ask for her! A true professional! We will be back!

Overall good experience for business meetings. However, if you are participating in group culinary classes, be sure it is booked in the Culinary Studio and not a side banquet room as this will impact your overall experience. Ambience and meeting spaces were visually appealing. All of the restaurants and bars had great quality food and service.

The wine event was poor !! Over sold, not enough restrooms, ran out of the little bit of food they offered...not enough restrooms, long waits, only 2 barrels of water to hydrate---Only the Chateau wines ( which you can taste anytime )---no other wineries...paid $200 for a ticket to a vendor event ( half not even wine related )---to taste a few wines and some bourbon. Let's not forget the firedrill that delayed us 30 minutes to the already limited time there was----staff said they thought it was from the cigar booth---why in the h is a cigar booth at a wine tasting event ANYWAY !! Asked staff where the other Georgia wineries were like in years past---they all acted like they didn't know what I was talking about...."we invited them"---"I think they are set up downstairs"---Paid over $900 for 3 tickets and a room at the Chateau--had to park off somewhere near the hampton inn and was told " I could drive my car closer after the event"....When? When I've been drinking and tasting wine all day? Drive drunk and intoxicated? WOW---in the 20 times I've been of the 27-ish-----NEVER AGAIN---DON'T WORRY ABOUT MY RETURN !! Oh and if you are of the LGTBQ+ community---be aware, there are staff there that are not friendly....my son feared for his safety, so we left. Try Caymus wine---it's alot better anyway.
