Anniversary trip

Our overall experience was terrific. The wine pairing class was a standout—our instructors were both knowledgeable and entertaining, answering all of our questions with enthusiasm. We appreciate the golf staff, whose patience service made our time on the course even more enjoyable. The spa was incredible, with the massage being the highlight of our visit. Dining options were also enjoyable, particularly the golf restaurant and the spa breakfast, which offered delicious and well-prepared meals (we didn't care much for the food at Paddy's Irish Pub). However, we did experience some issues with housekeeping. The floor and walkway in our room had not been adequately cleaned, with visible hair and debris likely left from a previous guest. We had to request additional face cloths multiple times; at one point, my husband had to leave our room to get them ourselves. Additionally, the pillows in the bedrooms seemed quite worn and could use replacement.

Eh... I'll stay at Hampton Inn next time. This isn't worth the $$$.

The hotel is very pretty and the grounds are immaculate. Unfortunately, my stay was a little more uncomfortable than I'm accustomed to at other luxury resorts. The refrigerator in my room was not cool, and I was charged almost $100 for liquor from the minibar which I didn't even use. When I contacted the staff about the error after my check out (via text, offered by the hotel's answering robot; and via email), no one responded. I travel a lot for fun, but I will not be staying here again.

Nice place but I got charged fees that I should not have been charged

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The hotel is very nice. The shuttles to places off the property made it very convenient to get around. There is not a whole lot to do there. Pool, golf, tennis, Pickleball, restaurants and a tour of the winery. We were disappointed in the winery tour since we did not get to see any of the processes for making the wine. My biggest complaint is we cancelled our last night and we still got charged fees such as self parking, tax and hotel fee. I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss this and my emails are not getting returned.
