Overall great trip, would do it again.
A lovely experience at Chateau Elan. Food at Paddy's and Fleur di Lis was amazing. Not impressed with Versailles and do not recommend eating there unless you have to. Wine tasting was fun and the wines were delicious! Enjoyed the spa as well, however would not do add ons to massages as they don't extend time to allow for full experience.

Luxurious and relaxing
Fabulous upscale resort! Professional, friendly staff throughout our visit. Lovely grounds. Beautiful interiors, perfectly balancing high end design and furnishings with comfort and relaxation. The spa is phenomenal! Large, beautifully appointed, exceptional staff, too many amenities to list, great services with experienced therapists. I enjoyed a long custom massage and the benefit-packed hydra facial. Loved both! We had lunch at the spa's restaurant which was wonderful. Just nothing more decadent than dining on a gourmet meal in your robe and slippers! This trip was about relaxing and reconnecting with my girlfriends. And Chatea Elan delivered! We'll definitely be back!

Nice rooms. Good place to stay. Friendly staff. Was hoping for a bit more.
Stayed here while visiting family. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. But there really was nothing spectacular. The room was nice and clean and the bed wos comfortable. But I feel that it should have been better.

Came out of the shower to a guest service in my room
My privacy was invaded. I checked in after 7:00 pm on a Friday night. Was in my hotel room for about a hour. Taking a shower with my husband our clothes were in the hotel room. I heard someone enter my room . And was in my room for several minutes. I didn’t hear the knocking if they did just a man in his cheatu elan uniform. I called front desk and they informed me they were checking my mini bar . They had all day to do that. Where do you just enter a guest room at night without permission

New Year’s Eve getaway
My husband and I always go away sometime between Christmas and New Year’s. We go somewhere different every year. This year we went to Château Elan. It is by far the most beautiful place that we have stayed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious. The staff were polite and extremely friendly The food was delicious
