We stayed 2 nights in a huge room. Nice welcome but thats all. We found a lot of dust on the door frame and on the desk. The cleanliness shoud improve. Breakfast was average, we expected much more. Bed is not very comfy. Overall its just an average expensive hotel.

A stay in a 5* hotel is a bit of a treat for us, and I have to say the Roset Boutique Hotel lived up to our expectations. The staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is happy, friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. They are a credit to the hotel. We stayed in room 208 and it was excellent. The room is enormous and everything you need is on hand from toiletries to ironing facilities (not that I used the iron!), slippers, dressing gown and excellent wifi connection. If I was to split hairs, I would like more milk in the room so I can drink more of my beloved tea! I simply can not make a single complaint about the breakfast as there was everything you could possibly want and more. Eggs made to order and yummy. The hotel is very close to transport links and just a short walk from the Historical Square. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend this hotel.

This is one of my favorite hotel stays ever. 90% of it comes down to the two gentlemen who checked us on the evening of 30 July. Two guys who brought Basil Fawlty-like passion to the simple art of welcoming and checking in their guests. Wonderful. Apologies to them for the time that it has taken for me to post a review. That said ...the room was a two room (large) suite with a balcony and great wifi. All was good with the room and the hotel overall. Walking distance to pretty much everything but the train station (short taxi) and I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived we received a lovely welcome with hot punch and the lady the reception was very friendly. We were shown to our room by the bellboy who was super friendly and showed us around our enormous room. Our room was huge and we received a beautiful tasty fruit platter and wine to help us celebrate our anniversary. That was so thoughtful of the hotel to do this for us. We ate in the restaurant the first night. I would not recommend to eat here though. The food was average and the staff not friendly at all. The restaurant for breakfast was lovely the buffet was fab with lots to choose from and there was also an al e carte menu . The coffe was fab. Maybe think about putting Nespresso into the hotel rooms. The housekeeping staff kept out room so clean . They did remove one of our robes so we only had one. And for some reason took away our key card but returned it the next day !!!! The room was too hot. Omg the best. We had the temp control down to the lowest but it didn't work to cool down the room so we left all the windows open at night. Would we stay here again..... 100% Yes. Amazing hotel . Walking distance to Christmas markets and everywhere really.
