Stayed 2 nights and as a Hilton Gold member was pleased to be given a free upgrade to a lovely large room on a high floor. The room was excellent however there were a couple of slight service let downs. Firstly the day I arrived I had a couple of items from the mini-bar. The mini bar was never replenished during my stay which seemed a little odd. As a Gold Card member I was told I was entitled to a free continental breakfast only and could "upgrade" to a full breakfast for $10 more. I've stayed in lots and lots of Hiltons and never been in one that were as stingy as this. They lost a lot of my goodwill for the sake of $10. The first morning the "host" reminded me of this and watched me like a hawk to make sure I didn't go near the hot food. The second morning a different "host" didn't make any mention of the restriction and made no attempt to guide me away from the hot food. Little things make a big difference when it comes to loyalty and this was a bit of a let down for me.

Very good 5 star hotel above the Wintergarden complex in central Brisbane. The rooms are well thought out, well appointed and are in very good condition. Check in, check out and concierge services were fast and friendly.

Recently completed a 5-night stay. Used HH points but upgraded to 25th floor suite (2503) - thank you Chris Lounge Mgr Mark, Australias answer to Mr Tibor at the Budapest Castle Hilton couldn’t have been nicer nor more informative for a first time visitor to Brisbane. Very comfy bed. My only (minor) complaint would be the living room furniture is sized for folks under 2Ms so kind of uncomfortable if you're taller. Great location. Highly recommended.

We had a very good one week stay at the Hilton. It is in the Queen street mall, close to South Bank and Central station. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night recently and it was quite lovely. The views are stunning over the city and towards Mt Coot tha. The room was pretty clean and the included continental breakfast was more than enough with a huge selection of pastries, small goods, smoothies, juices, cereal etc. It was everything on the breakfast buffet except hot food basically. It's incredibly centrally located in the centre of the shopping area of the city and there is direct access from Queen St Mall. The room could do with a bit of a spruce up cosmetically like a coat of paint but it wasn't awful. Just tiny details. The staff had the right level of professionalism and friendliness you would expect from the Hilton. I didn't swim in the pool but I had a look, it looked lovely and had a huge spa. There's also tennis courts and a gym. I'd choose this as a place to stay if I was visiting Brisbane for sure. As a local it was a nice place to have a getaway for the night.
