I don’t usually write reviews but a compelled to share about my amazing stay at CODA. The manager Alberto, Kent, and rest of staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. They turned a hectic solo work trip into a wonderful winter respite thanks to a generous upgrade 🙏! Rooms are impeccably clean and beautiful - I recommend the ones facing the park. Perfect Williamsburg location right off McCarren park - close to both Bedford L and Greenpoint. I travel to nyc monthly for business and have decided to make CODA my new home away from home when I’m in town going forward. Thank you again to Alberto for his kindness, it’s made my holiday season brighter!

I had an incredible experience at Coda Williamsburg and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, stylish, and perfectly captured the Brooklyn energy. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a great escape from the city hustle. The highlight of my stay was definitely the service, specifically Brandon and Franco at the front desk. They are absolute rockstars—super professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was handled. Whether it was a quick question or a local recommendation, Their help made a huge difference in my trip. It’s that kind of personalized hospitality that sets this place apart.

We booked last minute and Allison was accommodating and welcoming, and incredibly helpful at check- in. This was as easy as it gets.

We had to book a room at CODA as an emergency after our flights were cancelled due to a snow storm. This was an unexpected pleasant surprise as the staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly would like to give a special shout to our reception manager Besim who was so considerate and attentive to details. We ended up booking additional nights because we felt so well welcomed. The rooms are simple but spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable. We highly recommend, especially if you have family staying in town.

Had high hopes for this hotel but sadly it’s marketing department have done a great job with the online visuals . Firstly the location is perfect and the staff are very helpful but that is where it ends. First thing we was charged a resort fee of $45 per day for what ? I queried this as no other hotel in this area charges this. I was informed for water and the facilities. Well there are no facilities ! Rooms are very tired and in the first room we were give , room was tiny and tatty with old furniture and a bathroom that barely had space to fit one person and have the door closed ! We were quickly moved and the second room was a significant improvement all be it still in need of a freshen up! The bar area and lounge lobby is Non existent, shame there is nowhere to sit and chill at the end of a busy day. Both bars were closed for private events which leaves guests with nowhere to get a drink. There are much better hotels in Williamsburg , stay at the Hoxton would still be my first choice. I am sure in the summer it’s great but fell short on a few things for me.
