Allison was a great help checking us in. We drove overnight from NC and we arrived early and tired. So the early check in accommodation was greatly appreciated.

I am writing about the excellent service I got from one of your customer representatives / reservation rep Gianfranco Zapatel . There was some confusion on my end about the reservation I made in January and he handled the problem and had a solution with excellence.

Excellent service and care
We travel to NYC frequently for business and pleasure and I always look for a good hotel near a great bodega with a gym. As I worked out on my first day, I had an accident (user error) with a resistance band. I'm lucky I didn't lose my eye and only have 5 stitches very near my eye. The hotel staff, specifically Felix, made sure I was cared for. Don't let anyone tell you New Yorkers are cold hearted. Everyone I dealt with from the hotel to urgent care and the NYU ER was kind, respectful, and accommodating.
