Excellent service and care
We travel to NYC frequently for business and pleasure and I always look for a good hotel near a great bodega with a gym. As I worked out on my first day, I had an accident (user error) with a resistance band. I'm lucky I didn't lose my eye and only have 5 stitches very near my eye. The hotel staff, specifically Felix, made sure I was cared for. Don't let anyone tell you New Yorkers are cold hearted. Everyone I dealt with from the hotel to urgent care and the NYU ER was kind, respectful, and accommodating.

My overnight stay on Jan 12th was good one! When checking in, Kent upgraded my room to a Suite which was VERY nice! I will definitely stay there again when needed

A Happy New Year with Coda🫶
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and a huge welcome. Allison checked us in quickly and made sure to answer any question we would have had. Kent was amazing and offered to come outside in this winter weather to help with our bags, luggage and family! Could not recommend this place enough. Excited we chose this place to bring in the NEW YEAR!
