Overall, the experience was very good. Although some updates and refreshing of the furniture in the rooms would be appreciated, the kindness and efficiency of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail made our experience worthy of five stars.

Amazing Pool Day & Even Better Service!
We had an amazing time at the pool! There were four of us, and the staff made the entire experience so enjoyable from start to finish. Alberto was fantastic and took great care of us throughout the day. He even played some of the music we requested, which made the vibe even better. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Anthony, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we always had what we needed. My sister accidentally knocked over my drink, and he kindly replaced it for me, which we really appreciated. Cynthia was also wonderful and helped make our pool day so much fun. She checked in on us, made sure we were enjoying ourselves, and kept the music going with such a great playlist. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. We had such a fun day and felt very well taken care of. 10/10 experience and definitely recommend!

just now on Google We had such an amazing experience at Coda Hotel Pool, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Cindy! She was absolutely AMAZING — so attentive, warm, beautiful, and incredibly on point the entire time. She made sure we always had everything we needed without us even having to ask and truly went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. Cindy has the kind of energy and hospitality that makes you want to come back. She was professional, sweet, personable, and genuinely such a pleasure to have taking care of us. Coda is lucky to have her! We will definitely be back and will absolutely be asking for Cindy again. 10/10 experience! 💕🥂
