Typically when you think of Omni, you think of an elevated experience. This Omni, not so much. The rooms are tired, the beds are old spring coil type mattresses that sink when you lay down and if your spouse so much as wiggles a toe, the entire bed shakes. The hallways and elevators are so dimly lit that it made us think that was done purposefully to cover the scratches on walls and stains in the carpet. This hotel is in much need of an updated facelift. The staff were nice enough, but no one went out of their way to make the place special. There are other newer properties within a 1/2 mile, and next time we will plan to stay elsewhere.

Accidentally left a sport coat and shirt in the closet when I checked out. Notified hotel within 24hr and was told that it was not found and that a "thorough room inspection" is done upon each check out... Took 3 people to allow me to file a claim

Our Connectional Young People and Children's Division of the African Methodist Episcopal Church gathered together from all around the world for an awesome Youth leadership experience at the gorgeous Omni Interlocken Hotel. We truly enjoyed the beautiful view and the awesome amenities. The staff was simply wonderful!! And the food was absolutely amazing.

The rooms, fitness centre and staff at the Omni Interlocken are first class. Meg and the Tap Room crew help to make the stay a great experience. I have spent multiple nights in Westminster and always prefer to stay at the Omni, even ahead of my other hotels with status.

Already impressed! We just checked in and the front desk was very accommodating without any hesitation or concern. They celebrated the reason for our stay - such a great surprise and personal touch. Hotel is spacious, rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommend staying here for a great stay with a lot to do in the Denver area.
